solo friends this is the pineapple I just cut for you and there's a couple of things you can do one of them is of course eat it right away oh I want to show you a lot to make carmelized pineapple delicious the pan make it hot put some oil in there put the pineapple in there come closer here in Spain we're using olive oil for everything you can use pretty much any kind of oil make it real hot when the oil is really hot not burnt put in a pineapple [Music] Oh with a pineapple juice in it and the pineapple itself has some sugar so later on we add just a very little bit of sugar to make a caramel ice now we have to wait here you can see how it's working it's frying it'll take a little while ten minutes or so to let it fry then of course every once in a while you want to turn them around fry them from all sides so here you can see how it's frying in its own juice some olive in it it's quite a lengthy process I have it on medium heat could have put the big flame on and would have speeded up the process a little bit but slow cooking so whole ten minutes later they start getting a little brown I would say maybe ten fifteen minutes cooking time be careful with the sugar not too much because the pineapple itself has already good amount of sugar not more than two teaspoons so folks here your habits so we've finished from outsides a little ground up too much no firm caramelized pineapple if you want a little flambé at the end otherwise good as it is steaming hot pineapple very well served with mascarpone cheese yogurt or just like that so folks in your habits Carmelites pineapple good as it is hope you enjoyed the video leave me a comment give it a thumbs up my name is Hans Provence Aloha
