Caramelized Pineapple Slices

you hey guys caramelized pineapple this is probably one of the simplest desserts going and it takes a couple of minutes that's about it and you can prep ahead or just make it on the fly like I'm doing now I have fresh pineapple I'm just going to cut off the pieces at the sides fit all the dark off this is such a sweet treat that you'll crave this after you start making these and the great friend are coming because they're so quick and that's it how easy with that now I have a pan here that I sprayed ever so lightly with cooking spray just a very very light culling of that and I have some fresh orange I'm going to squeeze it on there this is how much or as little as you want actually an exact science and I'm going to put on some brown sugar as much or as well as you want this is light brown sugar and I put some cinnamon on it and I'm going to put this under the broiler for maybe a minute or so I'm going to watch it really really carefully and I have to roll her on high so when they're in the oven I'll come back okay they've been in the oven for about a minute two minutes maybe and I'm going to flip them over I'm going to put a little bit more brown sugar on the top and I'm going to go ahead and put some more orange on it this is always nice when you use fresh orange and some more cinnamon and then I'm going to pop it in the broiler for another two minutes and then I'll come back they're done and they look beautiful you can really smell the cinnamon now your pans going to be a little dark but don't worry about that that washes up look at how nice that is it looks beautiful and it wouldn't be complete without a scoop of ice cream and a big scoop don't jump out on the ice cream that's the best part just like that there you go you'll have a beautiful beautiful caramelized pineapple with ice cream for dessert till next time hey dough I was going to take this to my daughter but I couldn't resist this is so delicious mmm now I'm gonna have to make more till next time hey dough you
