here's how you can make kale chane kale means black in urdu and chane means chickpeas so it's basically a black chickpea curry and it's super easy to make in a large pot add some oil and let's get it on medium heat to brown up some onions then add tomatoes along with ginger turmeric and garlic paste cumin seeds cinnamon chili powder cloves and some salt after a few minutes of mixing you can begin adding in your black chickpeas these have been soaking in water for over 24 hours cover half of the pot with water and cook on medium heat for a half an hour then add dried fenugreek leaves and serve with rice
