[Music] [Music] what's up everybody my so squad welcome back to my kitchen tonight we are making poor barbecued mac and cheese my mom makes this I didn't know it was a thing just like Tommy I mix macaroni and cheese at my macaroni cheese and some chicken it was so good well is it man and I'm making it for the first time cuz my mom always made it see that's why I get my cooking friend she already knew about this I knew nothing about this even making it like this for such a long time so I decided to bring it to you guys we are doing setup a new twist up in barbecue sauce she does use the plain roasted chicken so I am putting barbecue sauce Mickey Mouse vbq pulled chicken what mac and cheese it's gonna go in the oven it's gonna be delectable you guys okay so you're gonna need some macaroni noodles but one any brand does not matter I have my water boiling this is a two-pound box but I'm not using this whole two pound box I'm just using enough of me and my family stuff oh I came up on the camera okay good I'm not using this whole box guys that's about half living one half that I'm using here and I'm just gonna let that ball something like 10 to 12 minutes you know and I roasted a chicken earlier i roasted the chicken I pulled it apart that's how easiest recipe is if you guys want oh hi rose my chicken I'll link my roasted chicken video on to this video in the description of on below but we'd be right back when these doors get done okay we're back my macaroni noodles are done they're good to go sitting in the calendar letting all the water drain out come over here to this pot right here I have a half a stick of margarine here you can use butter margarine going to a moderate to the half a stick and first want me to turn it still Dennis a little bit I'm doing in 1/4 bingo flour cuz I'm making like a room I mean I make a lot of noise I'm making a room so and I'm just gonna stir this by by a minute or two because you want that flour you don't want that Robert taste you know and the one thing I'm gonna tell you guys what I didn't do and I just totally totally forgot but I know how to make it come out right even if I do but make sure your milk when you do this is at room temperature because you don't want to get clumps and lumps but I've been making this stuff for so long I could do it with cold milk Oh room temperature milk you guys make sure your milk is at room temperature so check it out about 20 minutes before so get it room temperature you just want to stir this up because you just want you don't want that flour taste least a minute or two and i'ma go in here with about two cups of milk there's gonna let that sit why don't that sit a few minutes come on over here follow me I got like a 10 ounce pack of they'll beat us cheese little small pack I got some sharp cheddar cheese eight-ounce pack of this and have this um four cup mozzarella cheese this is more dinner um girl I got my glass on 16-ounce what we're not using all that I had a half a cup of barbecue sauce my favorite barbecue sauce and so now I'm a turn the stove down this a little bit I don't put my Velveeta cheese in first because it's like a lot longer for this cheese to UM milk into my arm our and butter mixture I'm going in what about two cups milk guys and this is believe the not this is funny thickened up because of that flour and once this comes to a thick me that's what I'm adding my cheese and let it all melt together but to that the only season I'm using the day is pepper and how much is up to you maybe two teaspoons because that's flavor from the cheese the barbecue sauce when it all cooked together you don't need nothing else I don't anyway but he tastes Joyce you want to add some other type of seasoning you know do what you do we're gonna let this cook got a good 5 or 6 minutes until it get nice and thick we'll be back and add our cheese that's a dick my rule is this is nice and thick make sure you use warm milk when you make your room you want a smooth and silky like this I'm going there with my cheese I wish I cut in squares and this is like one of those looks that little girl videos I think it's like either 8 or even 8 or 10 ounces I believe you let that melt all my cheese I don't want to use maybe a cup and a half of this mozzarella cheese and two cups of dish cheddar sharp cheddar sharp cheddar and we're just going to stir yeah like this my good pen so I have to use this little rubber stuff are we gonna stir and let them melt down that's why I'm gonna get my spatula I just don't like anything with this um just rip a wire whisk him it up like spatula right there yeah take that thank you there we go not cheese so I get some elbow in that honey look at that let that melt all right add another cup of milk to this cuz I want look at that we're gonna let that melt I'm gonna add another cup of milk and we'd be right back okay guys I add another cup of milk to this look at this cheese sauce mmm I'm going in now a half a cup a barbecue sauce and that's what all that way they're gonna come in that but you're chicken look at that stir that barbecue sauce up in there and then you don't want to overkill it with the barbecue sauce that's why I'm just doing a half a cup and go my chicken boom make sure you get all the bones out and guys you go head to your local store and get one of those chickens that's already cooked and peel that you ain't got a real taste do a rotisserie chicken and it most definitely make you save some time on your meal going in with my macaroni I'm not even using it all I just gonna stir it up and it's not going that I've been guys look at that it's a nice and cheesy just the way you want it just enough macaroni just enough chicken just enough cheese and barbecue sauce you want to top this what some leftover cheese if you smelled I got honey that good old sweet raise up in here okay I'm gonna do something cuz I just don't feel comfortable and I don't get my foods in color I gotta go and with a little bit of parsley flakes I just like it what a pretty this green that's making everything look good so I'm a stir this up this came out perfect it smell good and look good going in my cast-iron frying pan we're gonna top it be back to put in the other okay guys here it is all in my skillet of course all that didn't fit in my skillet because I had such a large family but I also added some more barbecue sauce cuz I didn't realize how I made so much and you went that tiny cheese taste so I add another half a cup and oh my god is said it's so off I have a large family so sometimes I tend to forget and as you go and you're cooking you gotta taste your boo to the side well not anymore flavor so I talked about some parsley figs nothing's good tell you to taste the barbecue so like barbecue chicken I'm not running together posse plates a little bit of this cheddar cheese oven on 350 a little bit of this that was mozzarella cheese now some of this cheddar cheese and you can stop this a bread crumbs if you like anything that you want to make your btq pulled chicken mac and cheese with and there it is it's going in the oven for maybe 30 minutes or 350 or to a screaming and Mel let me say about 3035 minutes I'll be right back okay so squat it's out the oven you get ready in the position this is my barbecue pulled chicken mac and cheese guys it looks so good okay the recipe is gonna be in description below remember you make it as small as little you can adjust the recipe to according to your family size but yeah let's get this in I got
