you'll need closed and open chainmail links and two players I prefer these angled ones since you don't have to move your arms as much Section 1 means that every ring is connected to six other rings for Simplicity I'll call the open ones links and the closed ones rings start by taking six rings and thread one link through them now close the link take another link and thread it through three rings then add another three rings before closing the link thread the next link through the three rings you've just added it should look like this strand of alternating three rings in one my favorite way to move forward is to put a link through these four rings and then add another two rings before closing the link we've just added this row skip this one and move over to the next row once again add a link to these four rings plus two additional Rings before closing the link you can now thread a link through these six rings in the row we've just skipped now continue until you've got your desired chainmail size six and one doesn't only look and feel a lot smoother it's also significantly stronger here's a video of testing it on my main Channel and the last step is to subscribe for more noble tutorials
