How to integrate PrestaShop with Klaviyo

[Music] hi there it's my and today we're going to learn how to integrate your Pressa Shop store with clavio this enables data from your Pressa Shop store to flow into your clavio account so you can use customer activity and purchase data to create personalized experiences in this video you will learn how to install and configure the Pressa shop automation with clavio module in press shop and enable and configure the Pressa shop integration in clavio the first part in integrating your clavio account with your Pressa Shop store is installing the Pressa shop automation with clavio module in Pressa shop the steps for installing this module depend on which version of Pressa shop your store is using if you use Pressa shop Edition the presses shop automation with clavo module comes pre-installed lock into your Pressa Shop store under configure in the left hand menu select clavo and that's it for now you can skip to the next part to learn how to configure the module if you do not use presses shop Edition head to the Pressa shop Marketplace and look for the Pressa shop automation with glavo module please note that if you use presses shop project you will need to first install the psmo module to use presses shop automation with clavio alternatively you can download the clavio module the clavio module by press theop Partners contains the same functionality but does not integrate with the Pressa shop back office if you choose to go with the clavio module by Pressa shop Partners the steps for configuring the module will be slightly but not too different from what we cover in this video you can keep watching or refer to the module's documentation to learn more after you've selected your module on the module page click download then select the version of presses shop you use to begin downloading the zip file you do not need to extract the zip file once the download is complete log in your Pressa Shop store under modules in the left 10 menu select module manager click upload a module then either track and drop the zip file into the upload area or click on select file and search for the zip file you will see a success message once the upload has been completed click configure to begin configuring the module for this step you will need to retrieve your clavo public API key also known as your site ID as well as generate a clavio private API key for use in presses shop log in your clayo account click your account name in the bottom left and select settings under the account tab click API keys copy your public API key from the page and paste it into the corresponding field in Pressa shop navigate back to clavio and click create private API key give your private API key a name that will make it easy to understand what it's used for like press a shop under access level select Grant application full access for every API scope then click create securely copy your newly created private API key and paste it into the corresponding field in Pressa shop order events from press a shop such as place order or canceled order sync every 30 minutes into clavio if you'd like to send transactional messages like order confirmation email via clavio you can toggle on the send realtime order events to clavio setting to sync transactional order events from presses shop in real time you'll also want to disable presses shop generated transactional emails so customers won't receive duplicative updates you can do this by toggling the corresponding setting on turning the setting on will tell clavio to disable the presses shop generated transactional emails however we recommend leaving the setting disabled until you have transactional emails ready to go in clavio additionally if you wish to collect new subscribers at checkout or via press the shop signup form toggle on the sync subscribers to the list in claval setting and click save you will be prompted to select a list in clavio where these subscribers will be added to we recommend choosing your main newsletter list then hit save next complete the order status mapping form by either accepting the default values or selecting the values of your choice both transactional and non-transactional events will adhere to the order mapping you select you can select multiple values for each order event by holding command or control and clicking the values however the same value cannot be selected in multiple order events selecting a duplicate value will result in an error message and cannot be saved when you are done configuring order statuses click save way to go we're halfway there the second part in integrating your clavio account with your Pressa Shop store is enabling the Pressa shop integration in clavio in your clavio account click your account name in the bottom left and select Integrations in the upper right corner of your screen click add integration then search for press a shop and click the option that results within the Pressa shop setup page that opens up click connect to Pressa shop for this step you will need to retrieve your Pressa shop shop URL and web service key navigate to your Pressa Shop store under shop parameters click on traffic and SEO then scroll to shop URLs this is where you will find the shop URL if your store does not have the multistore option enabled copy the shop URL from the page and paste it into the corresponding field in clavio if your store has the multistore option enabled like in this example head to Advanced parameters then multi store then click anywhere in the multistore tree to access all of your shop URLs copy the URL of the shop you want to integrate with and paste it into the corresponding fields in clavo navigate back to Presser shop under Advance parameters click on web service copy the clavo web service key from the page and paste it into the corresponding field in clavo Click retrieve list of shops to pull a list of your available Pressa shop shops then check the shops you wish to integrate with you must select at least one shop to proceed if you'd like to convert all currencies used by your shops to a single currency in clavo check convert all all currencies to one standard currency and select the Global Currency code from the drop-down list note that this will not change the currency of your clavio account which can be updated in your account settings finally click complete setup you'll see a success message indicating your accounts have been connected congratulations you've just integrated your press Shop store with clavio you'll soon see press theop data syncing to clavio allowing you to take a datadriven approach to marketing and expand your analytics capabilities keep up the great work
