How to install Oracle DB and SQL developer(+ HR) to MacOS

hello my name is elhan i am a student in slimming demorial university kazakhstan today i'm going to show you how to install oracle database under oracle sql that you can manage it using your mac sql developer application without installing the windows or linux or other other parallel computers but we will use virtualbox and oracle linux to make a server that you can that your data will be saved in the server but you'll manipulate using the mac application or sql developer for mac so you need to download and install uh three things so first is sql developer you should just download it and make a shortcut or just leave it in such folder and the virtualbox we need it to install our server and our server so links i will leave it below in the description so first virtualbox you should click our six hosts and the downloading will start next one is oracle server here you see the database app development click here and there you are only and you will download this and the last one is oracle sql developer you should download the um download the mac os x version just download it without installing it's already installed you should just unzip the file that's all so install the virtualbox install the sql developer when you downloaded all three files i assume that you have already installed virtualbox and sql developer the last thing to do is to launch our os which is linux oracle database just launch it open it and you will see the installation i want to say that you need a huge space about 32 gigabytes or less to save all of them provides a comfortable folder for you which has a huge good amount of space click import after you click import the virtualbox will open to you let's see there it is after that you should click to the settings in settings go to the network click adapter 2 check enable network adapter and here you should provide host only adapter here if you didn't see the vboxnet 0 you should add it to add just go to the virtualbox machine host network manager here you should just write just click create and you will get it just i have already added created so just close it next step if you download all of them adapter 2 most only press ok and stopped when you launch at your oracle server click the connection button and you'll see that one of them is off connected and memorize the name of the connection next go to the oracle terminal you should see the message which is pledgeable database which is rcl and all passwords are oracle memorize it because this information we need to connect our sql developer with this server next one go to the command line and write this comment if config negative a you'll see the information go to the top and you'll see our ath1 which one we have connected and the you see the init which is ip address this ip address we provide like a hostname you should check you should check the this ip address which is connected just right pink 56 and then three and you see these messages which is a mess time detail and so on if you say another message it means you have troubles you have done mistakes somewhere so if you have these messages everything is okay i press ctrl c and close our terminal so go to the oracle sql developer click plus sign name testing go to the username it will be system password will be oracle localhost will be our ip address service name or cl click test and success and i can write click connect and i can use the database but its database will be it database will be empty i need some database which is hr now when we connected know how to connect our server with sql developer which is mac application let's unlock our hr to unlock we should go to the sql command prompt write sql sysdba password is oracle when you connect it we should write this code ultra user hr identified by oracle account unlock press return user i'll try so if user altered we can go to our sql developer when you have altered and unlocked your hr user the last thing we do is open sql developer press connect here you should provide the name which is depends on you username will be hr password is oracle and the hostname should be our a negative a and here our inet provided here service name is our cl tested success connect password oracle here we go select everything from employees select everything from departments here we go and if you want to use without launching the oracle machine like another screen you can just hide it i mean in the virtualbox you should click here and choose the headless start headless start will just start your oracle server here just and you will need to hide it here if you want you can just click the show button and you'll get it but i just click here and i just click headless start it starts here and i'm just using the oracle sql developer connect it and that's all i don't know will it work on linux operation system because i have never tested so if you have tested please write it to shot this video i used under read this
