How to install a Custom RP Chat into a FiveM server | Free! 2024

hello everyone my and welcome back to another video to show you guys how to install a custom RP chat into your guys' 5m server so the first thing you guys are going to want to do is hit the first link down in the description below that ring goes right here to CC chat and if you hit the next link down in the description below that's going bring goes right here to ccrp chat so the first one cc chat is a dependency for the second link to work so you guys going want to download both of them so hit this link click Source code. zip download it and open it on up go to the link and do the same thing Source code. zip download it and open it on up now all you guys going want to do minimize your desktop finally guys this 5m server mine's right here it's the same 5m server I've been using for all of the tutorials in 2024 on 5m go to TX data cfx default or Cub cor if you guys have a cubicore framework or ESX if you guys have an ESX framework and then resources and inside of here we're going to right click new folder and I'm going to call this one chat and then make sure you guys add the opening brackets and the closing brackets like this that'll make it into a subcategory folder so we can put both of these mods inside of here and we only have to ensure them once which is pretty useful and if you guys did add any more chat related scripts you can just drag them into here and you don't need to touch any sh list so it's a pretty nice way of doing it so grab the first link which was CC chat right here I'm going to grab it and drag and drop it into our new chat folder like so just briefly I wanted to tell you guys about my new website HD network. one which actually sets up a 5m server for you if you guys cannot be bothered to deal with all the management and having to add in mods and things like that you can literally just check out my website down in the description below ww. HT network. One and you can set up a 5m server in literally just a couple of seconds using the included Auto installer and it will have already over 120 plus mods that's custom Vehicles custom maps custom menus literally everything you guys could need and you literally did not have to do anything so check that out down in the descript below ww. HD network. one we can close that go to the next link open that on up and do pretty much the same thing grab it and drag and drop it into our chat folder now what you guys are going to want to do is make sure we remove this version number on the end so just get rid of that so it says CC chat and the same with this one here just get rid of this part here so it just says CCP chat from here go back to resources and I'm going to copy the name of our new subcategory folder go back to C if X default and open up our server.cfg once your server.cfg has opened on up mine's on my second monitor here it is scroll on down to your last and Shoreline mine's right here press enter two times two hashtags and this is going to be pretty much organizing our server.cfg so you can put two hashtags to basically make it so your server.cfg won't read it as line of code and we're going to do RP chat scripts there you go so now we know everything we put below this subheading will be RP chat related so now we'll type in sure and then paste in the name of our new subcategory folder and that's it we are done we can go to file save close our server.cfg go back to our 5m server and start it on up and we should be able to see our new RP chat and now we are in our 5m server very very simply if we hit L and we make our chat visible you can see there's a nice little new chat box there's no blue box and it's all nice in color ful so that's pretty and if we press T we can see the main feature here which is our new chat box and we got a bunch of new commands like slwt for tweet we've also got o for out of character there's a bunch of different things just perfect RP commands and also this chat just looks way way better look at that nice little boxes it just looks way more way way way way more intuitive than the standard GTA 5 5m chat so hope you guys did find this video please be sure to like comment and subscribe comment down below what video you guys want to see next and if you guys do want to stay tuned for the next video to come out which is going to be another 5m server tutorial then be sure to turn that notification Bell on and also check out my website HG network. one down in the description below if you guys do want to set up a 5m server way way quicker HG network is the way for you it comes with an auto installer which you can install over 200 mods literally in one click it's really awesome and you guys can also get with the HD Network server here subscription you guys can get access to 24/7 server support which usually I'm also doing that as well so so be sure to check that out down in the description below and I'll see all of you guys in the next video cheers and goodbye
