Excessive exercise (whether resistance, cardio, or both), excessive weight loss, sleep deprivation, infrequent sexual activity, and alcohol are correlated with a drop in testosterone.
High intensity exercise does increase testosterone, but the extra levels dissipate after an hour.
Supplements don't work. Drugs do.
Keep fats in the diet, and make sure to eat foods rich in micronutrients.
So the take away from this is look at porn on your phone at the gym for max strength.
I wasn't expecting such a thorough understanding of the science behind it. He even goes into explaining that correlation doesn't mean causation. Great video!
