here are three key things that i do every day to stay productive first is that i get up and out of bed early and soon after my alarm rings the longer i stay in bed debating whether i want to get up or not the longer it takes for me to get started with my day and i feel like everything else gets pushed further and further behind next is to decrease your useless scrolling time so we all scroll through our phone on instagram tik tok and youtube and that's completely fine it has its own purpose but once we're done getting that initial entertainment and then we're just there sitting scrolling scrolling scrolling endlessly that's when we're entering the useless scrolling time period and we want to eliminate that as much as possible to focus on other things that we want to do and lastly is exercise i honestly don't think i could do nearly as much productive studying and work as i do if i didn't have an equal amount of time dedicated to exercise going for a run or to the gym helps me clear my head clear my mind and then when i sit back on my desk i'm ready to start studying again
