How To Hang A Door Without Help - One Person Interior Door Installation

here's how I hang a door if I'm all by myself without a helper I have the hinges installed on the door frame and I make sure that they're um folded this way I don't want them to be like that when I put the door on or they won't be in the right position so I make sure they're over this way on the top and bottom and have a screwdriver and two of the screws within Arms Reach the best method I've found in doing this is to get one end of the door upon your foot and then just lean the other side over to the hinge and raise it up or lower it with the foot so you can start one of the screws in the holes so I'll do that now I don't have a helper so nobody to hold the camera and once the first screw is started it can be tightened down um not all the way but just enough to hold the door and then you can bring the bottom of the door down and it'll be hanging on that top hinge and then the second screw can be screwed in that needs to be raised up a little bit see if I can rest this camera on the old knee steady so that one is in pretty much all the way hinge is in its little Channel now we'll move up to the top and tighten this one down a little more and get that hinge in its Channel and that's the that's the hard part now it's just a matter of screwing in the other four screws thanks for watching
