How to Get Started with Skizaa: Upload CSV, Label Data, & Generate Insights with AI

all right so the easiest way for you to get started using skeer is by uploading a CSV or an Excel file so I'm going to come here and pick up an Excel from my local machine and here we go uh it takes a few seconds you'll be set up and ready to go now one of the things that you might consider doing is leveling your data uh makes it more visually appealing so we can come here and see here we have a recurring theme and I want this to be a drop down right uh so you pick up data that is more structured that is more recurring so for instance here we have issue types and this means I can quickly come and edit this whenever it's needed to now the next thing I want to look into is how can I easily generate insights so if you go on bottom right you'll see our ske analyst and what it does is it goes through your data and generate suggestions of some of the questions that you can start asking so here we have the first question say uh let me see what type of issues are customer facing most frequently visualized by a budget so the issues are these ones all right and so if you see here we have a bot that has different issues so the highest so far is delivery issue uh and then we have product inquiries and refin issues and then right below here we have a quick analysis now the next thing is how can I take this data and create a sharable report so you come here and say create a report and so this will become customer success dashboard so what happens is whenever data changes on this side it will be reflected on your dashboard here right so this is going to be your dashboard so let me come and open it so this is going to be a dashboard and it keeps changing so the moment your data changes gets reflected here and so you can always have your inside on fingertips cheers
