hello everyone back with me again dennis wang today i want to show you some print angles and with the help of internalizing to get smooth surface for flat object or hard surface model hard surface model in general are non-living objects that have smooth and static surface and this is where stepping lines or layer lines of fossil lines are the most visible and also you could have some artifact lines now let me show you this test model that i print without internalizing i print this with layer height 0.03 millimeters on my sonic 24k and then i slice it with cheat box because so far g2 is the most optimal slicer for enthalizing that i'm going to show later the lowest angle here is at 32.5 degrees and the highest angle is at 60 degrees with 0.5 degrees increment so this one is the closest to r10 angle this is at 40 degrees arctan angle is at 40.6 degrees and if you don't know what arctan angle is i would suggest that you google arctan angle 3d print and at the back here it has curved surface to check for force lines and link to this model is a video description and if you look at these lines here and these horrible lines this is all the artifact lines if you read the articles about art and angle 3d print you will know what is this so i print this model again on several different internalizing settings we will have look at one by one this is at entirely zero let's have a look at the fossil at the curve surface very much visible this is anti-lysing too also pretty much visible this is entirely for and the voxels becomes much more visible again almost similar to anti-lysing off this is entirely zero image blur two and the voxel is very thin here this is enthalizing zero image blur four the voxel is almost completely gone this is anti-lysing 2 image blur 2. the voxel is completely gone this is entirely for image blur two artifacts start to becomes more visible and the voxel is clearly visible so based on my experience anti-lysing zero image bur2 is the most balanced settings to keep details and get rid of voxel and artifact lines and then i print this angle again at much lower anger and another at much higher angle let's have a look at the first one this is without internalizing this is also without internalizing and then i print it again with anti-aliasing 0 image blur 2. and this is and this is the higher angle well let's have a look at it below is without internalizing above is with internalizing sorry i mean anti-lysing image blur 2. here the same previous model below without internalizing and above internalizing image blur2 and this is the lower angle below without internalizing above width and tilizing now that i have established my best entire listing settings which is antioxidant on image blur 2 i chose to print this headset tank because i find this model has many angles itself and it's the best to show print angles that works with enthalizing on hard surface model i print one at 45 degrees and the this is the usual angle which most people suggest and another one with arctan angle at 40.6 degrees these two in the front without internalizing and this to end back with internalizing image blur too first one here print without internalizing at 45 degrees we have lots of artifacts and fox lines all over the top of the tank let's have a look at the details at the side here and this is internalizing off print with r10 angle which is 40.6 degrees much better surface here a very smooth surface here but we are experiencing artifacts or fox lines here let's have a look at the site and and now we are experiencing artifact lines here let's have a look at the track details now let's put it side by side the left is at 45 degrees the right is on arctan angle and it's weird that we are having artifacts lined here compared to the 45 degrees now this one here is at 45 degrees with anti-aliasing image blur2 now let's have a look side by side with this one 45 degrees without anti-lysing on the left on the right analyzing image blur 2. so and this one here is at arctan angle for 3.6 degrees image blur2 now let's compare it with art and angle without internalizing on the left on the right is anti-aliasing image blur 2. so let's see the artifact on the side is completely gone and for the last comparison both are print with anti-lyzing image blur2 on the left is at 45 degrees on the right is at 40.6 degrees let's have a look at the site so if you print very flat object that has no other angle feature it will be fine without entirelizing as long as you use art and angle but for other object like this tang or dies or any hard surface model that has many angle feature or curved surface you need the help of anti-aliasing and if you think anti-lysing is bad because you could lose detailed sharpness well um good luck so do you guys think the loss of detail sharpness are bad in this time comparison let me know what do you think in the comment section and if you like this video kindly
