How To Get Lower Ping & Fix Packet Loss In ANY Game! 🔧

here are the best ethernet settings to help you improve your ping in any game so if you've got high ping or even packet loss using these optimized ethernet settings should improve your ping so it's lower and more stable than ever before so if this video does help out please drop a like on it and subscribe for more okay so the first thing we must do is find the latest drivers for our ethernet connection so we have access to all of the settings if you have outdated drivers you might not have these certain settings so it's really important that we find the most up-to-date drivers to do that you want to head over to the bottom left corner of your desktop and type in device manager just like so click on that and then inside the device manager in itself you should see an option called network adapters just click the drop down box and then inside of here you want to find your ethernet connection and as you can see right here mine is the Intel ethernet connection and the brand of it is Intel this bit right here the start bit is very important as that's what the brand of your ethernet connection will be so with mine being Intel you want to head over to your browser so mine's Google and you want to type in Intel or whatever your brand is then if a net driver just like so so the brand of your driver then ethernet driver just like so when you want to press search now the first link should be the correct one make sure it is an official website so intel.com and as you can see for me I'm on Windows 10 so this is the correct one for me you then want to select the version and it should be very similar no matter the brand obviously mine is Intel so it's like this you want to make sure it's the latest one and then if you scroll down to the download section you want to find the one that's suitable for your PC now this one is an X32 which isn't for me but mine is x64 and it should be the case for most of you out there and again it is Windows 10 it's from Windows 11. obviously search Windows 11 beforehand but as you can see this one's mine right here so I'm going to click on it get it downloaded and as you can see once you've downloaded it it is indeed a zip file so it does need extracted just right click on it click extract all it'll then pop up with this just click extract and then after that's done and you can see it's extracted it and we now have access to the exe which is the latest driver in itself just give that a double click then shortly after you can see it's successfully installed the latest driver for my brand which is Intel close that down close everything down after that I mean after that you want to go back into the device manager just go ahead search it up open up the device manager and then inside the video under the network adapters under your ethernet connection which has got latest drivers right now you want to right click on it and click on properties and inside of here we're going to go ahead and optimize all of these options to be the best settings possible we're going to start off in power management this one is very important so inside of here you want to go ahead and uncheck allow this device to work a computer and then you also want to uncheck allow the computer to turn off this device to save power make sure both of them are unchecked you then will head over to Advanced in advance do you want to go ahead and click on enable pme and make sure that is disabled under where it says energy efficient ethernet you want to go ahead and turn that one off and then if you go ahead and scroll down to the very bottom you want to make sure that all of these are disabled that is very important that you disable all of the on wake settings so these three at the bottom make sure they're all disabled and what disable in all of these power efficiency related options will do is it'll stop your PC from prioritizing power efficiency so you'll get more performance after disabling all of them then after you've done that guys you want to go ahead and press OK and that right there is all the best ethernet connection settings so your ping now if you go into any game maybe fortnite or whatever your ping should be a lot more lower than ever before and it should be way way more stable so go ahead give these settings a try and let me know in the comment section below if it did help you out if it did feel free to drop a like on the video drop a sub on the channel and use my code in the item shop if you do pick up any of these awesome skins that are in there right now that helped me out to a turn also be sure to check out any of these awesome other videos on screen catch us in the next one peace
