How To Get Hidden Pokemon Interactions In New Pokemon Snap

well hello you wonderful humans and welcome back to pokemon snap in today's video i'm gonna be showing you how to unlock some hidden and secret pokemon interactions to get your three and four star photos not only is this going to be great for getting your three and four star photos but this is going to be a good way to fill up your photo album with some really unique and great shots now right now we are on the level three version of the first map which is pretty easy to get to and this is going to allow us to unlock some specific interactions and specifically the once you get the pidgeot picking up the magikarp which is a pretty great interaction and it's gonna be how you're gonna get the three and four star photograph of both the pidgeot and the magikarp it's a little complicated to get into and we'll get into that here shortly but the first thing we're going to cover is the 3 and 4 star amoga you can get this once you unlock fruits and you're going to want to actually throw a fruit right into this patch here and this will cause this emoga to fly down which is going to give you your three star shot when he flies down and when he starts electrifying it is when you're going to be able to get your four star shot it's gonna take a few tries to get some really high quality ones but it is definitely possible with that interaction so checking out our albums here there are a few things that you want to keep in mind you want to make sure that the pokemon is facing the camera as best as possible is going to get your angle up you can see here when you land when it lands down that's going to be your time for your 3 star shots once a moga starts to electrify the fruit is when you're going to get your 4 star quality now i really like this one because he's kind of going in for the electric shock but i think this pose here is actually technically better but i just really like the way this one looks but um you know what let's go ahead and see what we get for this one i know that further into the animation you get a higher quality rating but let's see what happens so let's see what we get for our pose at 228 you definitely want it farther into the animation you can see on the left here i got 947 for the pose now the size is much higher because of my positioning so i technically got a higher score so really you need to get the the size the direction and the placement really well and then just time that pose perfectly for the electric shock and you can get a diamond star photo this way now next up we want to get a interaction with a heracross but i do want to give you a tip with your camera as well there's a lot of things happening when you're playing pokemon snap and the camera is pretty slow you can adjust this all in the settings when you are outside of this but if you hit left and right on the d-pad you can actually quickly rotate around your little vehicle here which can really help you catch fast moving objects that are going to your right or even front end behind you now you can also hit down on the d-pad to look right behind you and then down again to look straight back ahead now once you hit level three we're going to get a hera cross that is just around the bend from the samoga you can get both interactions with the imoga and this heracross if you're still looking to get those interactions here for your three and four star amolga there we go that looks like a pretty good one here and then this hair across here we want to knock down off the ledge or of that tree by hitting it and there's a couple different ways to get um things you basically just want to photograph it this whole time when it lands on its butt i believe that is a three star now sometimes it'll go over to this wormpole and do another like attack animation and that will give you a higher quality thing so just keep an eye out if it goes over to that whimple and interacts with it there's a couple different things that can happen there we go we got it quite a bit better with the imoga that time around unfortunately the size was a little bit smaller and the direction we can see that now that's not facing us we got a lower score there but we did get a higher overall score which is pretty nice and then this heracross uh when it's interacting with that whirlpool you get a two-star interaction there uh just time it a little bit better and maybe the posing direction if you knock it down early but we got a diamond two star out of that which is pretty nice now for that three star shot you are going to want to photograph this hair across when its butt hits the ground so just keep that in mind there we go fill that bad boy up and then the four star interaction only really happens i think when it does this extra animation with this worm pole which i've only ever gotten to do once there it is he's attacked well nope he didn't do it fully but still that was pretty good now for the most difficult part of all of this getting the pidgeot to uh pick up the magikarp you need to hit the pidgeot when it's here with a fruit to get it to fly away if you miss the pidgeot you're gonna need to restart it does need to be hit with that fruit and you'll see it go flying around and we're gonna go down this path here we don't have to go this way but i want to try it out and see how it goes so we're going to go to the right here and you're going to see that the pidgeot is now up on the tree and all we need to do from here is get this magikarp to jump up you can see the pidgeot looked down at the magikarp and let's just follow this pidgey out as it flies around and hopefully we can get the timing just right there we go that's pretty good and then as it's flying away we can get more shots too so just keep that in mind and get shots of both the magikarp and the pidgeot but they're not going to be great you really want to get that right when it's down at the bottom now once we get the shots that we want we can see if we got high quality ones by just going to quit research this allows us to just go right back and check on our photos there we go we got our four star shot of the magikarp so we will need to make sure that we get a shot of the pidgeot when it's in focus during that two um because we get three stars when it's flying away but these are gonna be low quality shots we'll grab one in here and see what happens here but this magikarp one should be pretty good all right we got the pose good at 950. size not so great direction man placement and other pokemon so we could definitely get this better i wonder if we try a different angle it'll come out better and obviously we could photograph the pidgeot instead of the magikarp at this position too now you're definitely going to want to get the pidgeot carrying the magikarp when it's closer as well so this is going to be something you're going to have to do a few times so i think the best way to get the 4 star diamond shot of the magikarp as well as the three star shot of the pidgeot picking up the magikarp it's actually gonna be going to the left here and then hitting the magic carve like right as you're crossing the bridge that way as that pidgeot flies down and around it should be in frame just in time for this clearing here and i think we got it man if we had just zoomed in a little bit more on that shot it would have been perfect now there is one more interaction that we want to be able to get while we're here and it's actually with this tang growth that's hidden in this left side here if we throw one of the fruits up here we're going to get the tang growth excited about it and should reach its arm up there and that'll get us a three star shot with that tang growth he gets super duper happy and they keep photographing this for various two star and three star shots which is pretty nice then we can slap that magikarp again just for funsies and that is all of the secret little interactions that i want to showcase today so far oh i just missed a pidgeot from this angle i thought that would have been a good one uh but anyways i do hope you all enjoyed today's video if you did make sure to slap that like button show the videos some
