HOW TO GET AMAZE FILE MANAGER ON QUEST 2 NO PC REQUIRED

uh Hey guys welcome back to another video so you can see that I'm on my phone right now because I need I've been needing to make this video for a while um and a lot of people have been wondering how to do this um so um anybody who is watching this video most of you might know that I made a video on how to get mods on the um on your quest 2 for gorilla tag without a PC or anything um by the way that hasn't been working for a lot of people it does work for some people but for a lot of people they have some reasons and I'm really sorry but I don't know how to like a lot of them I don't know how to fix but anyways um basically um a quick disclaimer you can't do this without with an iOS phone you do need an Android and only Android there you can't use an Apple phone or iPhone or whatever it whatever but uh yeah let's get on to the video so all you're going to need is you're going to get your Oculus you're gonna get your phone and uh you're also gonna need your charger from your that goes with you that came with your Oculus uh this is what it looks like right here uh but basically you're just going to unplug the actual cord part from the part that oops you're just going to unplug the cord part from the part that actually plugs into the wall so then you'll just have this USB C to USBC cord so all you're going to do with that is actually let's move on to the next part real quick so you need to download um bug bug so like I already have it downloaded but I'm just going to search it up in the store it's just right here right on the top it looks like that just download it hey guys this is me from the future so I was editing my video this video and I realized something I did not tell you how to get developer mode turned on which is one of the main things you need to do to do this so I'm just going to um do this right now so just do this before like anything before anything else like before you do anything else I told you to do in the video so you're just gonna go on a browser and just click on just search developer dashboard Oculus and then click on create a developer account right here it'll show The Meta thing uh go on here just log in with your account basically just click the three lines in the top left corner click resources if this happens for you click manage account create press create account and organization um okay go to developer dashboard see I don't know why it's doing this for me but it should it should just bring you right here so just press create on the left it'll say um create new organization like that blue thing or this just do any organization name I'm just going to do pudge um 52. it has to be unique um from any other people who might have want done it but press I understand press submit go down press I agree and submit now it is done so just um turn your headset um on and then off again or like restart it or anything just to make sure I think you have to do that and then just go on the metaquest app make sure it's logged into the same account you just turned did the developer mode thing Press menu devices go all the way down right here it'll say developer mode like near the middle you can turn this on or off um just make it blue just turn it on um and yeah so I'll resume the video now we're going to get the file manager so just go on your browser Google or whatever it is um search Amaze File Manager APK right here Amaze File Manager APK for Android download so it's just right here it says free download um that's an ad yeah just press free free APK download and this isn't like this isn't a virus it won't like corrupt your phone or anything or your uh your Oculus so I already have it but I'm just going to download it again just to show you guys so to say download it up there for me uh now uh you're gonna go on bug Jagger back on the bug and then just go on packages so now what we have to do is get our cord that I showed you earlier the charger the AP the USBC to USBC uh you're not gonna see it but I'm just plugging one side in my phone it doesn't matter which side just one side in your phone um and then you're gonna want to plug it in your head the other side into your headset just right where you would plug it in if you're charging it um so then you're going to go into your headset and it's just going to say it's just going to say allow connected device to access access file just press allow um you can't also you can't see that but it will it will pop up and it'll be pretty simple to see so just keep your headset on like make sure it just it's just still on it'll show all your files and stuff just press the plus symbol in the top right corner the plus and the circle press select APK file right here at the top press ok now you're gonna click just any you're just going to click Amaze file manager like com Amaze file manager and just click it it'll start downloading I already have it but I guess you can download it again so it says package installed so now I'm actually going to go on to my headset and you guys will be able to see um I'll just show you guys all right guys so now I'm in my headset um so you're just gonna go on your apps right here your app Library all this and by the way I'm gonna make a capuchan video it should be out by tomorrow hopefully it'll be out tomorrow but anyways um you can also by the way you can unplug the cord now from your headset you don't need to connect it to your phone anymore so you're just gonna go on all up here in the top right corner and then go all the way down on unknown sources and here will be a maze file manager so to say like com.maze dot file manager just you have from space file manager so you can you can now get mods with no PC on your answer um you can also do other things you can um get much since both PC and if you got hey guys for some reason it cut out but basically I was just saying you can get bone live mods without a PC as you want me to make a video on that um make sure to subscribe um and
