hey guys today i'm going to show you how do you upload certificate from cs server to the call manager so if you see right now if i try to open my car manager it says certificate error untrusted certificate so let's get started so log into os administration and then i'll navigate to security certificate management so what i'll do is i'll click on generate csr uh certificate purpose i'll leave it tomcat distribution i'll make it multi-server send so when i have clicked on multi-server send it has auto populated call manager as well as i am presence parent domain is not required so what i'll click do is i'll click on generate so if you see success certificate signing request generated so i'll click on close so as soon as i click on close it gives me an option to download the csr so certificate purpose i have to choose tomcat and download the csr so what i'll do is i'll save this file and open this file in notepad so if you see this is the csr so i'll copy the csr and open uh the certificate authority so what i'll do is i'll click on request a certificate advanced week request submit a certificate request and then paste the csr and in the certificate template what i'm going to do is i'm going to choose the certificate template which i'm going to use for this certificate and then i'll click on submit i'll choose v64 and click on download certificate so what i'll do is i'll save this certificate and name it as cucm multi-sun now next thing what we have to do is we have to download the root certificate from the certificate server so i have navigated to localhost and then search srv and then i'll click on download ceo certificate and choose base64 and download ce certificate i'll save this certificate and name it as root ca certificate so both the certificates have been downloaded so what i'm going to do is i'm going to go back to the call manager and click on upload certificate and first and the foremost is i'll upload the tomcat trust certificate i'll name it as um ca root certificate and then from br and click on browse and then select root ca certificate from here and click on upload you see success certificate has been uploaded now what i'm going to do is i'm going to choose tomcat for now and then select the multisense certificate and click on upload you see certificate upload operation successful and then now next step is something i have to do is have to log into the car managers uh seller and give this command okay so pause this video for now and we'll come back when this is executed okay so we have got this executed and now what i'll do is i'll close this window and let's see if the certificate is appearing i'll copy this url okay so you see i have not got an error like to proceed with the error certificate and you see the certificate is valid now
