How To Fix Verification Required On App Store

let's fix verification required on the App Store now if you're trying to download or purchase an app and it says verification is required it basically pops up with an error message I'm going to show you why that might be how to get it fixed all of those different steps so it might look something like this basically it says verification report required tap continue and sign in to view billing information now if you're in the App Store and you get this error message it's basically because either one of two things either your payment method is not good anymore or it needs to be verified or your billing address needs to be verified so if say your car doesn't have any money on it anymore or maybe a card has expired the expiration date is passed anything like that they'll require you to update that credit card first before you download and install any apps that are you have to purchase or in-app purchases or anything like that so to find that let's hop into your settings oh let's go back here and we'll tap on our name at the very top now on here you can see the third option is payment and shipping so I can go in there and it'll show me what my app store payment and shipping information is so you can see at the very top I have a payment method I can tap on that and basically at the top it shows the number when it expires the CC CVV and then at the bottom the billing address so you want to make sure double check all of these things make sure that card hasn't expired now you can always go back here let's hit the back button and hit add payment method basically this works if you got a new card or you want to pay with apple card or a PayPal credit card debit card any of those different things you can pay for various apps so go in here and basically type in the number the expiration date CVV or your PayPal information if you wanted to switch over to PayPal you could just log into your PayPal account and they will charge that card on file now let's go back again hit the back button and then at the very bottom it says add shipping address so you can tap on that and here you want to fill in all of your shipping address information in here your first name last name the street uh city state ZIP code country region all of that information so by going through all of this you've verified all of your billing address information and then you can hop out of here go into your app store and you should be able to download buy any apps as normal you shouldn't get that verification required error anymore hope this helps you have any questions on that leave them in the comments down below and I'll catch you on the next one
