How to fix Switch out of S mode "Try again later something happened on our end"

hi guys and welcome to another video so subscriber has emailed me with the following error so this is a screenshot from the subscriber with the error in question so this person has tried to switch out of s mode and they got this message try again later try again Leia something happened on our end now the solution that I have come to the conclusion is that you need to update the Microsoft Store and your computer so let's minimize our this and let's take you through so the first thing you'll need to do is you'll need to go to the bottom left here and go to the text box you want a search for Microsoft store you'll then want to click Microsoft Store once that loads up you want to go to the top right hand side here where it has the three dots you want to left-click and then you want to click on left click on downloads and updates once that loads for you on the left hand side you should be greed with get updates and you might be greeted with another button here that says install updates you want to click get updates first and if the other button still remains you want to click that too so I'm just going to click get updates here now I probably won't have any updates to install as I like to keep my computer fairly updated and there we go you're good to go all your trusted apps and games from the Microsoft Store have the latest updates so I won't need to do any updates you may need to as you have a brand new computer so I'm going to click out of this I'm going to X out okay now let's update our computer so you want to go back to the search box and you'll want to type update and then you'll want to click check for updates ok once you're here you'll have a nice button here that will say update now download updates or install updates something of that sort and you'll want to click that now I have already updated my computer today however I haven't restarted hence the prompt to restart now once you've installed your updates it should say restart now if it does not you want to minimize this once the updates have been done you want to go to the bottom left here you want to click on this icon the windows icon you want to click on the power symbol click on power and then you want to click on update and restart ok once you've restarted you'll be brought back to your desktop and you'll now be able to reset your Windows Store so you want to go back to the search text box here at the bottom left hand side left click and type WS reset all together and then you want to hover over WS reset here and you want to right click and run as administrator let this run it may take a few seconds it may take a couple of minutes just give it some time once it has ran you'll be greeted with the Microsoft Store now you can X out of the Microsoft Store and you can finally try to click get switch out of s mode one more time and it should work successfully alright guys thank you very much for watching if you have any questions remember to leave a comment in the comment section below give the video a like if it helped and subscribe for more content like this see you on the next one
