How To Fix Roblox Has Crashed Please Perform A Windows Clean Boot

in this video I will show you how to fix if you're getting an error message the same Roblox has crashed please perform a windows clean boot so let's jump straight into it so if you are trying to play Roblox and you it keeps crashing you getting an error message like this follow along with me for some steps to fix this problem so here we are on my desktop now the first thing you're going to want to do is completely uninstall Roblox from your system so what you're going to want to do is come down to the bottom left hand corner and in the search box you want to go ahead and type remove programs underneath this match you should now see the add or remove programs options just go ahead and give that a click to open up a window like this from here what you can do is use the search boox and just go ahead and type Roblox into the search and what you want to do is uninstall all instances of Roblox including if you do have it installed to the Roblox studio so once you've done that as you can see we're back here on the desktop so what you're going to want to do now is come back down to the search box and the bottom left hand corner and into the search box this time you want to go ahead and type run and then press enter so what that's going to do is bring up a run box like this and you want to type the following into the Run box which is the percent symbol then you want to type Local app data then another percent symbol and then press enter what that's going to do is open up a window like this and from here you want to locate the Roblox folder so if you come down this in alphabetical order you want to come down to Art and you should actually see the Roblox folder once you've located the folder double click to go into the Roblox folder then what you want to do is find the versions folder just here double click to go into versions and from here you want to you might have multiple versions installed but you just want to double click onto these and find the one that's got the player launcher so as you can see I've clicked onto this one and we can see the roox player launcher here all you need to now do is double click onto the robox player launcher and that should now relaunch robox reinstall it and fix the problem so that how to fix if you are trying to play Roblox and you get an airor message saying Roblox has crashed please perform a windows clean boot with that being said I hope this quick tutorial did help you out today and if this did help you out I would really appreciate it if you want to consider dropping down below the video leaving a like and also subscribing to the Channel with that being said I just want to take a minute to thank you guys for watching this quick tutorial and I will see you in the next video
