in this video I'll show you how to fix Roblox when it keeps crashing when you are playing games on windows before we get into the video I just want to say if this video helped you please leave a like And subscribe for more tutorials like this in the future other than that let's get in with the video there are also time stamps in this video so take note of that when you're watching the tutorial okay so the first trick is to try and restart your computer if you haven't already so to do that just click on start click on the power button over here and then just click on restart and see if that will fix the issue most of the times this thing should just fix the issue and to test it just hop onto any Roblox game after that by going to roblox.com and test if it crashes if it doesn't crash then you found your solution if it still crashes then continue watching now the second trick is to click on start search for Roblox player this is the Roblox app that is used when you're using roblox.com so if you have it so you should be able to have it here if you have it on roblox.com just right click on it and click on run and run as administrator click on yes and then Roblox the Roblox player should launch so you don't have to go to roblox.com you can just uh do it like this the Launcher app should be open as you can see I'm not sign in right now you have to sign in if you haven't already and then choose a game in the app and test whether the Roblox will crash if you are still experiencing problems with crashing then continue with this step First St click on start and search for control panel press enter on the top right search for uninstall click enter and then you should be in the uninstall or change program sections if not then search for uninstall and then this should already be here then just click on uninstall or program underneath programs and features find Roblox player for your username as you can see this is the official one because it's made by the ROBLOX Corporation click on that and then then over here click on uninstall follow the procedures you see on screen click okay here so basically what you have done is uninstalled the launcher for Roblox so to get the back go to roblox.com go to any game that you want to play and then just click on the play button over here this will install Roblox as you can see there we have a message here just click out of that then over here it should say download and install Roblox just click on there once it's done installing up here just click on that and then it'll start to install just wait for some time and then Roblox will automatically open after it's installing just wait for some time because it'll automatically open as you can see here now I haven't signed in like I said before but you would log in you should already be logged in if not then log in and then just join the game and see whether it crashes if it still crashes then continue watching all right this step requires you to have ROBLOX shortcut on your desktop if you don't have it here then right click click on new shortcut over here browse so just keep scrolling down until you find Roblox play over here click on that click on okay follow along with next and then you should have it so once you have Roblox on your shortcut what you want to do is right click it then click on properties once it's on properties you want to go to compatibility click on run compati ability troubleshooter and then you have a popup window that will be detecting any issues with Roblox and then if it detects an issue then you have to follow what it says on the screen and if it doesn't detect an issue then nothing's wrong with Roblox as you can see you can try a recommended settings test [Music] program so once you've done the tricks and Roblox is not crashing anymore more please leave a like And subscribe so you can find other videos like this in the future by me other than that I'll see you in the next video
