guys welcome to Tony's how to use in this video I will show you how to fix Roblox crash unexpected error has occurred so this is going to be a very easy and a very fast one so let's get started so the first thing that you want to do here is you want to open up your disk cleanup so in our disk cleanup we're actually going to clean up any files or unused files or temporary files on our system so here just clear search for this cleanup and just type in this cleanup and from here you want to select Pro windows and program C or DC drive on your PC so just click on OK and from here the only thing that you want to select in this section is the thumbnail section here so from there just click on OK and from here just click on delete the files so once you've done that the next thing that you want to do here is we want to open up the run application on our PC so at the bottom left of your screen that's where the windows search is just click on it and from here just select run or just type in run and just search for the run application then from here you want to type in the following percentage Local app data percentage and just click on OK so it's going to open up a new folder so you want to search for the temp folder here so just scroll down a bit until you see the temp folder so here just open up the temp folder and from here you want to search for Roblox so in the Roblox folder you just want to right click on it and from here you want to basically delete this folder so to go ahead and just delete this folder so once you've deleted that folder we want to now uninstall Roblox from our PC so go to your settings at the bottom left of your screen and from here choose setting under settings you want to choose apps and other apps you want to search for Roblox player and basically uninstall Roblox player from your PC so here this is going to be the Roblox player here so make sure you select this one and click on uninstall and close this one so once you've uninstalled Roblox we want to now go ahead and open up the browser where are we are currently using Roblox so here just click on the top right of the screen that's where you cheat about it icon is and from here you want to go to settings under settings you want to go to privacy and security and under privacy and security you want to go to the site settings under site settings you want to scroll down a bit until you see the cookies and site data so just click on it then from here you want to scroll down a bit until you see CEO all site data and permissions so here we want to search for Roblox and when we see our found Robux you just want to click on the trash can icon next to Roblox so this is going to be the remove Robux option here just click on it and from here you just want to click on clear so once you've cleared all of the the next thing that you wanted to hear is you want to re-log in into roblox.com and from here just open up any game that you see on your screen here and just play it from there it's going to automatically start the process of re-installing Roblox on your PC just follow the on-screen steps so once you've reinstalled Roblox the next thing that you want to do here is we want to change a few settings for Roblox you just right click on Roblox player and go to properties other properties you want to go to compatibility other compatibility we want to enable a few settings here so make sure that you enable the disable full screen optimizations and run this program as administer administrator option here you also want to enable the compatibility mode option that says run this program in compatible compatibility mode for Windows 7. so if you haven't set this to Windows 7 just click on this one and just choose windows 7. so once you've done all of those you want to actually click on the Run compatibility troubleshooter and from here you want to click on the first setting which is try recommended settings and here just click on test the program and that's actually going to ask permission just click on yes and from there it's going to run the uh compile compatibility troubleshooter here and just click on OK and just click on next and just click on yes save this settings for this program and from here just wait for it to finish and just click on close so once you've done all of those just click on apply and okay and that should hopefully fix your issues on Roblox and that's basically it so hopefully that was actually able to solve your issue and thank you for watching if you have any questions feel free to ask in the comment section if you enjoyed this video and found it helpful you could use the link in the description to subscribe see you in the next video
