How To Fix PS4 Error "An Error Has Occurred" (Easy Fix!)

what's up everyone this is mo gaming here and today i'm going to show you how to fix the playstation 4 error code an error has occurred it's going to be a quick and easy fix and i'm going to show you three ways on how to basically get this fixed the first and foremost is if you haven't tried it just restart your ps4 that will most of the times if not all the times fix the error that you're having now if that still doesn't work the second one is let's say youtube or or call of duty it doesn't matter it could be an application or a game that's having this issue you're going to go and hover over to settings you're going to go to system storage and you're going to go into save data within the storage now in here you're going to go over to the one that's causing an issue so let's say it's called the duty you're going to go to call of duty save file and then there's going to be a corrupted file in here that you're going to delete now let's say you don't see a corrupted file it's possible that one of the same files is corrupted it just doesn't say it hence why it's causing an issue because what happens is when the application or game even if it was youtube it will have a save file it loads those files and if it's corrupted it's going to cause an issue so you want to one if you have the cloud playstation plus save it to the cloud get it backed up over there so you can obviously re-download it again and play it but delete the files and then play the game and you should be good to go if these two methods don't work i'm going to leave a link in the description below on how to do the third method and that's basically rebuilding your database you're just going to turn off your playstation 4 completely you're going to hold the power button for 10 seconds until you hear two beeps and you're going to enter into safe mode once you do that obviously you should be then good to go and you should just rebuild your database and that should resolve any to all issues that you have so yeah that was basically it uh i do hope this video was helpful and informative if it was guys please smash the like button helps a lot if you guys are new to the channel make sure to subscribe and click the notification bell and that will get me out peace
