[Music] hi this is rubble from tech review today I am going to show you how to fix Z by 8706 B to fix this error click on the start menu type service after appearing the service click on it now find a service which name is Print Spooler doubleclick on it make sure it is running and automatic option is selected click on apply and okay now you can check if your problem is solved if it did not resolve your problem click on the start menu type print management after appearing the print management click on it on the left side click on all printers on the right side you will see your printer's model number now right click on your problematic printer click on delete click on yes now close this window and open the control panel click on uninstall a program Now find the software which software is related to your printer and uninstall them after uninstalling the printer driver and software restart the computer after restarting the computer download your printer driver from manufacturer's official website and install the printer driver after re installing the driver hope your problem is solved thanks for watching this video hope you like this please do subscribe to my channel also give a like please take care
