How To Fix NVIDIA GeForce Driver Download Failed - Full Guide

in this video I will show you how to fix the download failed error related to the GeForce experience drivers we will be covering multiple methods that could resolve this issue for you so make sure to stick around for the first method check your internet connection if you're watching this video from your device the one that you want to download the drivers do that means that your internet connection is fine but if you're using a different device to watch this video then try using your browser on the device that you want to download the drivers to to make sure that your connection is working as it should if your connection is not working as it should try resolving that but if it is move on to the next method for the next method make sure you have enough storage on your PC your download might be failing because there is no room to store the files that need to be downloaded to check this go to the bottom left of your screen and press the search button in here write this piece C then open up the application at the top now once you've gotten into the this PC application you want to check the drive that you want to use for the download and make sure that you have at least 5 gigabytes of free storage after you have checked that you can try resuming the download and see if this resolved your issue but if the issue still persists you can move to the next method for the next method try completely shutting down the GeForce experience application through your task manager there might be some corrupted processes that could be resolved by doing this to do that go to the bottom left of your screen and press the search button and in here write task manager then open up the application at the top now once you get inside of the task manager locate the Nvidia GeForce experience process selected then press right click and then press enter task after you have done that you can try re-launching the Nvidia GeForce experience application and try downloading the drivers once again if this didn't resolve your issue you can always go over to the next method with the next method try installing the drivers manually by downloading them from the official Nvidia website before we do that we need to see and check which make and model is our graphics card to do that go to the bottom left of your screen press the search button and right device manager then open up the application at the top once you open up the application go into display adapters and right here you should see which make and model is your Nvidia graphics card for me it's GTX 960. now after you have done that go over to your browser after you get to your browser select one of the search bars and in there right Nvidia driver download then press the enter button and open up the link at the top once you get inside of this website go over to product type and first off select the exact product type that you have for me it's GeForce then go over to product series and select the exact series for me it's the GeForce 900 series right here then go over to product and select your exact graphics card GTX 960 for me then select your operating system Windows 10 64-bit for me then in download type select game ready driver if you are a gamer and play a lot of games but if you are nothing you use mostly applications of any kind then select Studio driver for me I need a game ready driver so I select that you can select any language that you want I'll just choose English then press search then once you get redirected right here press the download button and then press download once again now wait for the download to finish if your download has finished you can either minimize or close your browser I'll close it then go over to your file explorer here it is and I'm going to downloads once you get into downloads launch the file that we just downloaded double left click once you open it this will show up you select the exact extraction path that you want you can leave it by default or press the folder and edit it and press the OK button and wait for this to finish and once the process has finished this application will open up first off you will need to select whether you want to install only the Nvidia graphics driver or the graphics driver and GeForce experience I'll select only the graphics driver then press agree and continue if you agree with the license agreement and privacy policy now you will get to the installation options where we can choose express which will automatically install everything or you can choose custom and set up what you want installed and you can also create a clean installation by removing previous Nvidia profiles on your PC my cell file use the express option and as you can see the installation of my Nvidia Graphics drivers are successful after this is done you can press the close button I hope this video resolved your issue that is it for this video thank you for watching see you in the next one
