How To Fix EA Desktop Not Launching Games

what's up everybody this is Ender so if you're like me you're having trouble launching your games through the new ei's desktop app you're forced to upgrade to origin and now you have to do it through this and now your games won't launch I'm having problems specifically with Star Wars Battlefront 2. so this is how I fixed it I spent a few days looking for it but eventually I found this post about Star Wars squadrons and this applies to us so this man Rhone uh has the answer and it's right here you go into your search bar you're going to type in environment variables and you're going to pull up this right here so I've already deleted it and done everything because I'm working but I'll show you what it should look like for you just about pretty similar to this except yours will save Battlefront 2 or whatever game you have and you're just going to delete this and I think this is caused because you're using Frosty mod manager and then it will create this and it will cause problems anyway you're going to delete this you're going to hit OK and you're going to restart your computer then and it should work you're going to double check this when you reload and then you can hit play and your game should actually launch I couldn't believe it but my game actually started now and boom look at that the game actually started out but all right that's the solution I hope this helps somebody out because I know this was driving me a little bit crazy but anyway take care
