How to fix door knob that is too short

so i'm doing this uh tutorial how to install a lock for the um atlas versus atlas uh entry and so the problem is it feels like it's too short so see see how it's hitting that so what i would found out is um let me show you check it out okay um it's black piece right there this is in the middle um you take it out with a screwdriver or whatever and then you could adjust it let me try it out okay so what i'm gonna do push it in try to take it out and it came off we're gonna try to install it okay so i'm going to put it back okay i got it in now let me try to uh put the knob on it goes in perfectly see you can turn it you see oh it's locked right now put this on it yeah let me tighten it and then we'll see if it works okay so we're gonna test it out got the bolt so it works fine look at this so if you have a problem so if you think it's too short or whatever um don't return it but just take this little piece out and you should be fine all right um thanks for watching um if you like this please like and subscribe
