How To Fix CMD Prompt Pop Up Window

[Music] hello everyone how are you doing this is md tech here with another quick tutorial in today's tutorial i'm going to show you guys how to resolve if the command prompt appears to appear and then disappear randomly on your computer oftentimes this would be the effect of a malware infection on your computer so this should also be appreciated for tutorial and without further ado let's go ahead and jump right into it so we're going to start by opening up a web browser doesn't matter which one but we're going to open up google chrome for today's tutorial and you want to just navigate over to google so just so they're all on the same page and into google you want to type in r k i ll and then just hit enter to search for it should be from a bleeping computer domain here so go ahead and open that up and there's a little description on this program page here that describes that attempts to terminate new and malicious processes so your normal security software can run and clean your computer of infections so what's nice about this program is you actually have malware that's preventing you from downloading certain files there's other names of the file you can use too here so the ones gets blocked for some reason you can try other ones here i'm going to select the default one but a benefit this is might actually be able to help restore issue we're having with the command prompt so go ahead and open that up select yes to run it so it didn't find anything which is good and then i would recommend following this up with an antivirus scan so if you have an antivirus or anytime our program i would run a scan with it to see if it finds anything and then hopefully after all you've done that you resolve any problems that finds restore your computer and hopefully your issue should be resolved so as always thank you guys for watching this pretty tutorial do a possible help you out and i do look forward to catching you all in the next tutorial goodbye
