How to fillet a fish easily

okay we're going to fill it a fish here now lots of people have their different ways of filling a fish but this way is a very simple way and we'll start at the back of the fish make a cut in the tail we run the knife up along the top of the spine keeping it flat up to the top of the head then we make a cut from the head down under the pictorial fin back down through here and if we lift this up you'll see nice straight cut along the top of the spine but what we won't do is we won't take the fill it off because it creates a problem when we flip it over it makes it a little harder to take off so what we do leave it on flip it over keeps its nice shape start at the head and cut down this side back under move it around hand firm on the front start the top with me moot moves back down along the spine again to the tail nice and flat we lift you can lift it back up cut along the edge down through the spot near the spine keeping it flat move the fish around cut down through the stomach I can twist the blade as well as we go just give it a slight twist lifts up the flesh off the bones and you have one nice bullet on the other side nice and easy almost done we just got to cut the bottom part off just the knife
