How To Edit PDF On iPhone - Full Guide

in this video I show you how to edit a PDF on your iPhone if you're new to the Channel please go down below and consider subscribing and once you've done that please go down below and if so leave a like and let's jump straight into this guide the first thing you need to do is make sure you've got your PDF file ready to go and edit in my case I've gone and got my PDF in the files app as you can see I'm in a folder called video and here is the PDF which I want to go and edit now if you've got like a PDF and like an email or something like in my case I've got here then all you want to do is go and press on the share icon in the bottom left and then scroll down on the share page and then you can go and tap on save to files and then it's going to be in your files app now to go and edit it we are going to need an app but it's completely free so all you want to do is go and open up the app store just like so and go to search and then go and search for Microsoft Office you've probably heard of this before but it's actually a really good app we can go and utilize so keep watching and I'll show you exactly how to use it and how to go and import the PDF file into it so here it is here Microsoft 365 and then all you need to do is press on the download button just like so I've had it before which is why I had that icon so go and download it and I'll catch up with you once it's finished then once it's finished downloading go and open it up just like so and then all you need to do is sign up for a free account or sign into existing Microsoft account and then once you sign in you'll be on this home page and there are two different ways for how you can go and import the file the first way is to go and tap in this file icon in the top right of the the Microsoft Office app to the right of the notification Bell and as you can see we've got other storage and what you want to do is going to have a files app or on my iPhone then you need to go and find the file you want to go and edit you can go and search or just go and scroll through your recents to find it and go and tap on it and then it's going to say preparing file and as you can see here it is and then what you want to do is press convert to word in the bottom left just like so and then as you can see it says conversion in progress it says opening the file and here it is then all you want to do to go and edit it is to go and press on that pen icon in the top just like so and I can now go and edit it and remove stuff as well for example hello again just like that and that's literally it guys and of course you can use all the formatting tools as well and then once you're finished with it and you want to go and save it go and press on done just like so in the top left and you can make as many edits as you like and to go and save it there's two different options so go to the top right and go and press that share icon just like so and you can go and put it in your OneDrive or if you want to export it back to your phone again go into those three dots in the top right and as you can see we can then go and tap exports just like so I could export it as a PDF or an open document text and then I could go and Export it back to my files app just like so then you can go and press move just like that and then it's going to be back there and that's literally it guys if you found this useful please go down below and leaving a like peace
