How to Edit PDF File in Mobile (2024)

hey guys welcome to Tony's r2s in this video I will show you how to add a PDF file in a mobile so as you know editing PDF files is a lot easier if you use your computer but if you're wondering if you could actually easily do this via your mobile well there's an easy way for us to do that so for this tutorial I suggest that you use the WPS Office application that can be easily downloaded into from Play store so just search in your Play Store WPS office and just install it in your mobile device so once you've done that just go ahead and open up your WPS application and from here if you want to log in into your account go ahead so I'm just going to log in real quickly to my account so you don't need to create your own account if you already have a Google account you could use that so I'm just going to continue this with my account so here there is actually a free trial for this application so if you want to go ahead and use the free trial of pro that would be good but we could just basically use this as free just go back into uh here in our homepage just click on the X at the top right and you should be good so here it will actually automatically detect all the files that you have on your phone but just in case you didn't see your document here we could actually go to back into our home and just go to our file manager under our file manager we want to locate our specific file so for example you've stored it in your downloads folder or you've downloaded it from online so most likely it's in the downloads folder here and from here just search for the PDF file that you want to edit so I'm just gonna search one real quickly so here here's my PDF file it's actually named Sample one so for you to actually open this using WPS just hold press on it and just click on the more button there and from here just click on open in another app and click on more and from here you want to click on the PDF edit option there but you could also use the WPS office option at the next page but you could use either way so just click on PDF edit and from here we will be redirected to our file where we can actually edit our document so and actually zoom in a bit so just Just A Pinch in into your document here and from here just type anything that you want to use or for example just gonna type random text here and once you're done you just need to click on the done at the top left corner of your screen and when you click on that it's actually going to pop up a few notification here so you are using WPS for features PDF edit by apply and save files without Watermark so if we save this it's actually going to add a watermark into the document but it's not that annoying if you want to just save this file and just use it for free you could just click on the trial with Watermark here and it's going to add watermarks but it honestly it's not that annoying so I just want to use this application for free so from here you'll see the document there so the next thing that you want to do you could just go ahead and and just save this one so here just click on the top right corner of the screen and from here you want to click on save as and here you want to go to location and here in your phone and here any documents that you want to where you want to store this one so I'm just gonna uh put it in my downloads and just say sample edit and just click on Save and when I actually go back into my document or my file explorer here and search for the file it's actually going to be here so as you can see here's my file now it's actually name sample edit and when we press on it it's actually going to automatically open WPS office automatically on my device and I can now view it so as you can see with the text that I actually added there's things that I added so I've just successfully edited it but what if you're going to access your file by the WPS application itself because first I shown you how to edit it by using this uh WPS edit button there but yeah for example I'm just gonna go here and go to more here you choose open another app just click on bar so previously we choose the PDF edit option there what if we go to it with WPS office you're wondering there's no edit button here how do I actually edit that I'll comment so just hold click on that specific section and just click on edit and will be redirected back to into work away UI that where we can actually edit that a document and that's basically it so thank you for watching if you have any questions feel free to ask in the comment section if you enjoyed this video and found it helpful you could use the link in description to subscribe see you in the next video
