what's up everyone and welcome to the club in today's video I'll show you how to draw Yoshi from Super Mario let's begin today's lesson on the top left side of a page and draw a large Circle for the nose we start from the very top all the way around towards the bottom of our Circle slowly work our way up on the right side and then back up towards the top now let's tuck the eyes in behind on the right side and start from the top right side of the nose curl the eye going up around this out come down and then in let's tuck the left eye in behind start from the top going up around and then down in behind the nose let's draw on the eyelid starting with the left eye around and then down curve the right side going around bring that all the way down towards the bottom now let's round out the bottom of the eye coming down and up and behind the nose and push the pupils towards the right side of the eye and start from the top right come all the way around and then out towards the bottom let's go to the back eye going around and then in behind the nose let's add a small highlight Circle along the top of each pupil and it'll fill the bottom of the pupil going around that highlight now let's go back down and draw on the mill and start underneath the nose cut the mouth coming down and pull that up on the side and it'll add the tongue on the bottom left and it's up and in and it'll fill the top area of the mouth let's draw on the lower lip when the top of the mouth on the left let's step out down it'll bend that up now we're going to go back to the base of the eye on the right side and curve the cheek going out and just tuck that in behind the lip just adding a little overlap underneath the eye bending that back out let's add that trim on the side of the head with a curve now to go back up to the top and add in the nostrils let's stop on the side with a short angled line and step in and draw that again let's add those bumps on the back of the head in between the eye and the cheek curl this out and back in leave a small Gap do that again and then we'll add one more along the bottom of the cheek now that we complete the head let's move down and draw on the front arm just underneath the cheek we're going to step down to bend the arm going out and then down towards the wrist and then from the wrist draw a half circle for the thumb close off the end with a bracket let's wrap three fingers along the bottom start from the bottom of the thumb come down and around that bracket step down for the second finger and then the third finger and go around and just pull that in underneath the head let's bend the body out toward the left underneath the arm I'm going to step out curl the back across and then down towards the tail bend the tail come down and then up towards the hand and draw the bottom edge of the body down and just pull that up on the inside now you want to wrap the top of the leg around this point so we Step Up curve the thigh going up towards the knee round this out and come back down let's add the edge of the cup coming down and in behind the body just wrap that thick cuff around the ankle from this point go out come all the way around then back up underneath the body and then from the back side let's draw the heel coming out and then down now you want to round out the bottom of the foot and go across and just bend that up towards the toe let's round out the top of the foot and go up towards the cuff go across and then down let's take this curve and duplicate along the top for the sole [Music] I'm going to go back up to the chin and draw the front edge of the body I'm gonna go out and then down in behind the leg step in and add that trim I'm going to draw the back leg in behind start up here curl this down and just bend that back up underneath the tail let's add that cup from the bottom curve around go up and in now just like we did with the front foot we're going to start with the heel going out and then down curl the bottom of the foot coming down out let's round at the top of the foot going up just going in towards the cuff and bend that down just add that thick sole on the bottom just following that same curve let's add that shell on the back on the top of the body let's step out just follow that same curve coming down and just round out that trim let's go up to the side curve the shell going out and back in behind the arm now let's draw the back arm in behind start from the top of the body then the arm coming down and then up towards the wrist now you want to curl around the thumb I'm going to go up bend the thumb coming down round of the thumb and bend that back up let's add the edge of the Palm with a small curve now to wrap three fingers along the outside and start from the top of the thumb start with a half oval going out and in from the side let's do that again just tuck this up underneath the thumb and then we'll do that one more time now from the bottom finger I'm just going to curl the Palm coming down and hook that in towards the wrist step back put the bottom of the arm coming in toward the body and then we'll finish off by signing our art and adding a splash of color and that's pretty much it that's how we draw Yoshi from Super Mario I hope you enjoyed today's lesson if you did please make sure you subscribe because I'm posting new lessons every single day you can
