How to download the D&D 4E character builder and CBLoader

be teaching you how to download the Dungeons & Dragons fourth edition character builder and the CB loader program so I did have a video earlier that was they covered how to download the CB loader and to install mods well the mod part is pretty complicated so this is a simpler video I'll cover making and downloading laws in a separate video or a series of videos so you're going to download three files through this first the original setup and so we're going to make a new folder for that and we're going to download this one if it ever loads okay so that finally works then we're going to download the CB loader files and so we're going to go to the folder where we have that downloaded and so we're going to do this one first the blue box and so we don't want to install that in the default folder this might just be my computer but I have problems installing it when I do so so I go to Windows users myself I create a new folder install that finish go to this new one the one with a hammer and the dragon the updater you select the folder where you downloaded it you can just select the user icon or you can go to Windows CE users yourself and the folder that you installed it in don't don't click the sample characters folder just the folder that you have it originally installed in do that if you have problems doing this you reinstalled this one in a different place then we're going to extract this this is the character builder loader files and so we're gonna select all of these we're gonna copy them go to where we installed the character builder and then paste them into that folder and click on C B load or Exe this is going to install the character builder loader and this is going to take a while so because it's extracting a whole bunch of stuff and uh modifying it so this version of character builder that you downloaded and that I have listed on this page is modified a little bit the original one will try to automatically update online every time you open it and this will actually corrupt the file so we the edited version won't do that and so that's that's the difference between my version and the one that was originally made we'll say error but that isn't a big deal as long as you see this character builder thing flash up and so you can tell that you installed it correctly if you can go to this list and see that there is a vampire class here that isn't in the original character builder this is some of the new content that the CV loader it loads and in the future whenever you load it make sure you click on CB load or not character builder Exe these load different things and this has more contents and so that's how you download character book character builder loader
