How To Do A One Handed Cartwheel – EASY ACROBATICS

hello and welcome to this one how to acrobatics class in today's one how to video we are going to teach you how to do a cartwheel with just one hand if this is the first time you're doing a cartwheel we suggest first trying a cartwheel with two hands you can take a look at our video on our channel called how to do a cartwheel for beginners to help you before starting I recommend doing some exercises to warm yourself up like the side plank on the floor your one arm and balance with other engaging your core for a couple of seconds to strengthen your shoulder even more you can add forward and backward movements whether you choose to follow this movement with your right hand side or left hand side I suggest starting with placing the same leg as the chosen side in front of you in preparation for the cartwheel with your leg now placed forward raise the same side arm up and straighten the other on your side for balance before launching straight into a cartwheel to first gain some confidence I suggest practicing little jumps with one hand repeat this several times until you feel safer more balanced and more in control the second step includes making a half circle with one hand starting in the first position arm lifted half wheel to do this step it is important that you give yourself a lot of momentum and project your entire body forward okay now stretch the body keep all your muscles tight and engaged and launch you must throw your legs forward with force somewhat stretching to reach the other side if you do this very slowly what will happen is that you will fall to the sides all for it and not complete the entire one-handed cartwheel if this is the first time you're practicing acrobatics cartwheels or gymnastics ask someone to help you practice with friends and most importantly be patient and make sure you feel safe and comfortable that's it for our one heart two video today if you like this video subscribe to our Channel and take a look at our other acrobatic videos to keep upstate thank you for watching and see you soon [Music] you
