How to determine your tire size.

the purpose of this video is to determine the size tires needs choosing the right panis tire for your bike is easy with this video we can help you find the right size and model of tire you need step 1 determine the size of your tire on the side of your tire is some text and some numbers the one that you really want is the one with the X in between in your Eliquis a 700 by 38 feet step 2 we need to determine the inside width of your rim to do this we'll need to take the tire off deflate the tire so there's no air in the tube after you plate the air from the tire is going to remove it from the rim to use this higher level and get underneath this B that is pop it over the rim legs back then it's actually easier if you pull a tour of you to get that tire off now we're going to measure the inside width of the rim there's three ways you can do this you can use a ruler or you can use calipers or you can print off the mini ruler from the link below I'm going to use ruler you want to measure from the inside of the rim to the other inside of the rim once you have that number you'll want to input that into the website step 3 determine what style of writing you will do to choose the correct tread pattern once you have the numbers and have added them to the tennis website you will be shown what tires will fit your bike in some cases you will only have one tire style to choose from and others you may have a couple the difference in styles are due to the type of writing that you do each style has a brief description so you can decide which style is right for you final step you're done now you know what type of tire will work for you you can order your tires and you're on your way now when your tires show up be sure to check out our installation [Music]
