if you like saving money I got a deal for you I got this 20 pound chuck roll for only 75 dollars let's go ahead and break it down first things first we're gonna make an x pattern right here to safely remove the meat from The Purge we have two muscles we got the top we got the bottom right here where I run my finger through is where I'm going to separate the muscles let the knife do the work and there we go I'm going to show you what we do with the bottom part in part two right now we're gonna make my favorite steak we are getting the chuck eye steaks it's very similar to a rib eye next we're going to cut these three smaller steaks right here to make country style ribs that's right country style ribs are not just from pork you can get them from beef and of course what do we know the chuck roll for the chuck roast we're going to use these for media but use them for poor man's burnings or just a weeknight meal got the end part right here we're gonna go ahead and chunk it up you can use that for stew meat and there's a haul we got all this meat make sure you like and follow for part two
