How to Create Setup MSI EXE File in Visual Studio 2019, 2022

hello everyone I am sohra from agnisoft and today I want to show you Microsoft Visual Studio installer it means you can use it to install or set up your project to the client computer first you should install it I will put this link the link of this page in um description of the video and in and in quotes if I install it I download it and I download it and installed it previously and now I have a project a simple project in the visual studio the name is entropy and this is a winform project I want to show firstly I should show you the project um this project have a package and you get package this nuget mass.net and I should authority to show you this is so simple you should enter here an array with comma delimiter a simple array just to show you a project to install its value okay now I should add a new project with uh for in the make install project install project is here okay in other types and previously I installed the Microsoft installer project now I can use the setup project I will you I will enter the name entropy installer and I will click on ok the project is added here is the all the folders that you have the first this is the desktop and this is the program menu but this is the application folder this is so important and you should add your project here I added with right click and select the project firstly I have one project if you have several projects you should select it and I should use primary output okay automatically the mass.net numeric Library will add it I want to show you the folder of winform project line folder it is okay it is Mass DOT numeric.dll and automatic HD will copy it in application folder now I want to add the icon the icon of project I will paste my folder and direct to the icon this is not in buying folder is in resource okay I want to select the icon this is the icon okay the icon is added here in application folder now I want to add I can create a shortcut to user desktop create shortcut the shortcut will link to the application folder Premiere output of entropy project you can change the name entropy this is a shortcut and now I can I can select the icon the icon is in application folder I select it and it's okay okay in the user program menu I want to add a folder all of my software in a similar folder the name is agreement soft oh I should wait maybe I will name it to agreement soft okay it's accurate stuff in agreement stuff I want to create a shortcut again to Premiere output of project similar to user desktop the name is entropy and the icon is here in application folder okay it's complete but now I should add some details here for all the projects the company the outer name is Rob just for sample and the manufacturer or company name is agreement stuff you can change to any things that you want and the product name is in Trophy also the title is entropy installed okay it's complete and now I should save all of the projects and rebuilt the project I want to I should wait oh the rebuilt is complete now and I can install and but I want to open the folder it's better to open all the solution folder this is interrupt installer in debug I have two files XL file and MSI file both of them is similar but I prefer to use MSI file it's better to some situations you can change it here it means in client computer but here the client computer is similar to developer computer but it is just it is better to use it in clients to have all the problems okay it's complete I want to close it and show it in start the project add to application to my application here okay agreement stuff the folder that I created previously it's entropy the name the simple project the small project start and I want to test it to use the Master numeric Library correctly oh it's okay and now I want to show you desktop for example okay this is the shortcut that I added in desktop and also the application folder I want to show you application folder in derive C and in program file I groom is soft and Droopy and draw P he's here entropy the icon file and dll file and the Excel file of project you can start it here okay it's complete thank you for watching this video please like the video and subscribe the channel to get more videos bye
