[Music] hi everyone welcome back to my channel in this tutorial you'll learn how to convert a scanned pdf file to an editable word document using pdf element for windows let's get started first open your scanned pdf from the welcome screen then click settings under the convert tab and make sure you enable the ocr feature in the pdf to word section so that the scanned text can be recognized next select the to word icon in the ribbon now choose a location for your file and click save your scanned pdf document will now be converted into an editable word file if you have multiple pdfs to convert just go back to the startup menu and select batch pdf make sure you are at the convert tab and drag your scanned pdfs to the window select word as the output format click settings and note whether the ocr function is activated after accomplishing the settings click apply to start the batch conversion that's it if you found this video helpful please give us a like and subscribe to our channel click the link in the description to try pdf element free today plus check the rest of my videos for other useful tutorials thanks and see you next time
