in this video we're going to learn how to convert a Word document to a PDF and create automatic bookmarks and retain any hyperlinks when a document is printed as a PDF all the hyperlinks are disabled in order to retain the function of the hyperlinks and to also create bookmarks click on file export select create PDF slash XPS document then click on create PDF slash XPS click on options you can choose whether to print all pages or select a page range I'm going to leave it to print all pages as we want to create bookmarks we'll select create bookmarks using I want to bookmark The Heading so we'll select headings I'll leave all the other default selections as they are and click ok then publish the hyperlinks in the PDF are now active and the headings have also been bookmarked thank you for watching and see you in the next video be sure to like this video And subscribe for more [Music]
