hi in this video I'm going to show you how to combine two or more Word documents into one single PDF file merging multiple Word files into one PDF streamlines document organization enhances accessibility and simplifies sharing making collaboration more efficient so let's start the video so the first step is to make sure you have all the word documents you want to combine ready it's essential to organize them in the order you want them to appear in the final PDF now these are the word documents that we want to combine into single PDF so open a blank Microsoft Word document click on the insert tab in the word ribbon in the text group click on drop down arrow next to object select text from file from the drop-down menu so click on it navigate to the location of your word documents select them and click insert perform necessary formatting now with all of our Word documents merge it's time to save them in one PDF file click on file and then select save as now click on browse our dialog box will pop up allow you to choose where you want to save the new PDF file on your computer enter the name for the PDF file now in the save as type drop-down menu select PDF as the file format this will ensure that the word document gets converted to a PDF file click save so this is our new PDF file so that's how to merge or combine multiple Word documents into one single PDF file thanks for watching
