those of you who couldn't hear me because i was playing with him i was okay so just aside before i get into and do my spiel there was too much dust on my go xlr it was it was my ocd and so i ended up dusting it off and i was worried that i messed up all my audio settings looks like i did so yeah apologize but anyway just i just like things clean so anyway uh we are here uh building a pc for aaron greenberg actually for his son uh so they can enjoy some amazing xbox game pass content plus battlefield 2042 and all those really great pc games that are right on the horizon um so that is what we're going to be doing today but because we're doing some stuff for xbox i figured we take an opportunity and we're partnering with samsung today and showing off uh some xbox game pass gameplay stuff uh via xcloud on the galaxy fold and the note because we are on the admit we're on the precipice of the unfold event uh where um there's some really great deals for turning in your phone and potentially problem is is just with gpus like that are supposed to be like 350 bucks being sold for 700 is making it really hard on the budget pc market right now um mr ramsay thank you for your gift it's appreciate that as well um are they yeah they're the new 5000 series the g model starry messenger what's the difference between an ap and a gpu so an apu is a integrated gpu so the the gpu is integrated into the cpu and so uh in fact the stream deck sorry the steam deck i keep messing those the steam deck actually uses an amd apu in other words the cpu and the gpu are both integrated and so their whole thing which is also based on zen 2 architecture all that stuff is all based off of it's all on a single chip and so we have amd's versions coming out we don't have i know gamers nexus and a couple people have already reviewed them um but we're going to be testing them and showing what they are and can be for gaming devices and those can be very inexpensive gaming pcs and depending on when the kodak stuff comes out from the amd standpoint we could have nice gaming and streaming pcs as well um legend thank you very much for your subscription with prime blue jay also well tier one obviously a 3080 ti is still less expensive it is actually still a gaming focus gpu um you do see a performance increase that's in between the two and it's just that little bit less so 3080 ti makes series good fans jim asks well it's funny you should ask because we're going to be putting the corsair ql series in the uh system we're using today they are great um they are good middle ground between noise and airflow the mls are better from a performance standpoint but these just look better and for what we have here we're using a 360 aio and all that stuff these will be more than great and today on newegg they're on sale with a product code for 99. that's 700 for 130 fans so today is a day if you're looking for qls today's the day to get them because they're super cheap how much do you pay yourself edwin i don't pay myself anything man i i earn money but nothing i love you too i love you too thanks for i'm you're you're my biggest fan as well um going for this and then we got we'll walk through deals but anyway the ql 120s are uh are awesome and so i do like the fans and they're on sale if you're looking thank you very much we're on our way to the next giveaway so let's expensive like the be quiet silent wings the noctua fans no knock twos are pretty expensive they're like 30 bucks a fan um there are less expensive fans that do perform better for sure like if that's something that you're worried about but all in all like i can't i love like how these look and the ease and the ability to um basically modify them and all that stuff is actually really really great from an rgb standpoint uh they are not the best in terms of airflow performance but they are very quiet and in in enough numbers like what we're going to be doing in the corsair case they can do a more than adequate job of cooling the pc so uh if you did a stream that was just tech chat i'd definitely watch goodwill you know it's funny i think that's really what the the amazon live ones are supposed to become which are just literally just a text stream that we can show stuff but for the most part it's literally just chatting and answering questions uh yeah they are nrg luigi actually price parts outside of gpus obviously are actually very good uh you know ryzen 5000 series cpus for like less than msrp you know stuff like that it is actually a good time for buying certain parts but gpus are just a problem have any experience with the arctic argb controller you can't find out how many arg 12s it can do i have not i haven't done it uh specifically i wish i did but i haven't messed with that specific arg controller here bram i'm good ask about the 7000d we have it on the way so it is happening we are gonna it'll probably be in the next two weeks um so yes we will go from there i don't have a 3600 on a b550 should i get a 5600x or weight through next gen um that's that's always a tough question pancho it depends on if you need the pc now or not 5600x is great and depending on what you pair that with that will last you a long time um more than likely given the rumors we're having around am5 this should the cpu should work with be backwards compatible so you should be okay any am ao you can recommend in a corsair in our 200p yes uh it's painless um i have used the h100 in two in our 200p systems um that have run for months yes you don't have an ideal aio setup if you're looking for something that's ideal for the nr200p specifically look at the 240 aios from msi the actual pump mechanism is on the radiator so it will not be at the highest point on the loop and should be okay that is specifically a very good one for the nr200p and then uh i don't know if tom if you could reach out to him directly and give him a direct link so okay let's talk about build parts because i could literally just do this all day but i know you guys want to see more so let's get our build parts and let's talk about what is going into the system today and then we'll go from there um and uh and then all that sort of stuff it's i'm i'm excited about this build this this is this is one of those builds that's going to look very very pretty i do apologize number one for the fact that in the thumbnail we showed a z590 i mean that was like if i can make that work that would have been awesome putting an amd cpu inside of a z590 motherboard who would have been like like if i would have been able to do that but unfortunately that is not realistic and we're not gonna be doing that okay so let's talk about what's at the core of this pc uh we're gonna be using the ryzen 9 5900x um this is on sale right now oh the oh this is the one we tested okay so this is on sale right now this is a 12 core 24 thread cpu um it is actually cheaper than retail on both amd and newegg now if you look down to the parts on you on youtube we actually price the lowest one between amazon newegg and best buy so if you're looking for the cheapest price to buy these parts obviously minus the gpu which you have to get through the shuffle or some other mechanism um that is a place to get it so if you see anything on there that link below will actually be the cheapest price but this is the ryzen 9 5900x 12 core 24 thread uh absolutely great beast of a cpu great and in terms of doesn't run as hot as a 5900x i mean the 5800x um it's just that ideal place um and probably one of the best the probably the best gaming cpu on the market right now um from that standpoint for cooling and it's overkill we don't really need it for this you could if you wanted to you could do a 240 aio here but just because we want to fill out the case we're using the corsair uh capellix iq compelix their h150i this is their 360 millimeter aio we're actually going to be replacing all of the fans with these ql 120s instead of using the ml's just to make sure that it looks pretty um so we're going to be using all ql fans for that but that's going to be for our cooling but this is more than enough aio to basically be able to cover anything in terms of cooling for that for our motherboard the actual right motherboard um we're using the rog strix b550a um uh which uh i you know i'm sorry i apologize i know we used the rg strix z590a that doesn't work within uh with an amd motherboard z590 working with an intel so kind of a problem but anyway we're gonna be using the b550a absolutely gorgeous motherboard um uh and uh just really love the way this looks so it's gonna look super clean inside of this case all up um for storage uh we're using western digital obviously uh these are both uh actually right now the uh one the 500 gig is on sale uh free it's there's a there's a code that drops the price on newegg right now so 500 gig nvme here and then of course we've got a one terabyte gaming storage so right there so it gives them plenty of room uh os dedicated os drive plus a game drive which is always just kind of my my ocd part um and then for our gpu oh sorry for our ram we're using corsair vengeance they're rgb pro um they're white this isn't the sl version um so this is uh 3 600 megahertz which is just like kind of that nice ideal range for amd um and we've got 32 gigs so we're going to be filling all four slots that's going to fall so i'm just going to put it down there there's our ram uh and then finally for our gpu um we're using that new uh the uh gigabyte uh this is the gigabyte um just gigabyte geforce rtx 3080 ti um overall great card um it's got a silver side so one of the other reasons is again obviously getting arctic is always never some some of the hardest parts so it's got a silver side to it so it should look nice i still have that black and white overall theming um and should look nice on the side so we're going to be vertically mounting this not horizontally sorry we're going to be horizontally mounting this not vertically mounting this because it's going to look really good that's where the rgb is for the card um and then going from there and then finally we've got a white corsair rmx 850 power supply that's going to be powering this whole thing more than enough power to basically cover this and we're throwing in a pair of uh sorry set of white uh triple double cpu um asia horse cables just to make sure that we get that white theme absolutely perfect so that is all the parts should be a pretty sick build so i'm you're just being funny but um uh does arctic make white parts i don't know if that is it's gonna be a i agree it's gonna be a sweet looking rig for sure it wasn't cured i'm curious if they do no arctic in action well actually we just did a build what just last week with the arctic with our actually arctic we did their aio so there isn't a 30 70 for five to seven hundred dollars i think uh you unless you buy one off of evga that's the only place you'll get one for that much fun i have to say hello to the most beautiful person on the universe cole martin wow artist unknown paul you have a fan and she uh he or she has stopped by to say hi to you that's pretty fun awesome uh kapoor it's coming it's it's getting closer um so yeah it will we'll get there it'll be there eventually so um what do you think of the good motherboard for the art but not too expensive honestly uh nando any asus b550 um or usb 550 uh are gonna be absolutely fine so they make white fans okay so that's they do make they make a white tour but no aio yes i don't think that like i think trying to do a white arctic build would actually be really hard like if you were going to do the arctic brand arctic uh doing a white arctic brand arctic build have a random keyboard in here for some reason their price is much cheaper than asus msi and eb uh evga 49 uh their prices have all dropped to msrp so i wouldn't put i wouldn't asus and msi and uh zotac is crazy expensive doe tag is not so expensive fertilizer right now evga i would say evg i don't know about palak or galax those are hard to get in the u.s but in the us zotac msi they're all way overpriced yeah yeah it's building time here we go um okay here we go we're gonna grab all our parts here and we're gonna start building this pc okay let's go to top down it's time to build a pc [Music] hold the line make it the problem is that nobody's going to hold the line i mean posture i mean i wish stuff like that actually worked but you know like people are like people don't listen i mean like we were like it was funny like uh interesting video today from paul's hardware literally uh while he was doing a show like you were looking at at gpus that were marked up by like some ridiculous percentage and people were by you were like literally watching the stock drop so i just i just don't think that's a possibility some of that could be crypto um as well because they know they're going to eventually earn their money back so if they're finding anything at a deal then they're buying it all you know how many fans become too many to be useful james actually we haven't actually seen that problem uh if the fans are placed in the right place so that it may actually could not be a problem um because like we have seen differences when we've used even more fans uh that actually have made it better so so the answer is no that's that's that's that depends yeah this mobo is ridiculous it is a great looking mobo um okay so let's just walk through this real quick because i know there's some people here probably never seen a pc build so i'm gonna give you guys a little quick tour um in plus aaron you know aaron and aaron son probably want to see this a little bit so just learn a little bit i promise not to be too in-depth but the thing is is that as i'm helping you guys uh figure out the build all that sort of stuff i like to just make it a little easier for you to kind of follow along so that's really kind of the only point of this we're going to use our famous ruby tech knife and just walk you through this so this anyway this is a b550 motherboard um this is one of two motherboard families that is available on on the 5000 series of uh 5000 series of amd uh they have the x570 oh sorry 3000 and 5000 series of amd the x570 and the b550 the difference between b550 and x570 in case you don't know is that on x570 the entire board supports pcie gen4 so all of the lanes all of the m.2 slots those are all pcie gen 4 on v550 only the first m.2 and the first pcie lane are are actually pcie gen 4. to be clear nothing outside of there's certain m.2s that will support like the the sn5 sorry the yeah the uh 530 the fire crew to 530 um or uh some of those like super high-end m.2 drives and then honestly a 30-90 would be the only thing that would need potentially close to a by 16 pcie gen 4 in terms of overall bandwidth so not really a big deal um so uh that's just a kind of a overview so right here in the center this is our am4 socket this is like existed since ryzen started from the beginning basically this is where you're going to stick in your ryzen cpu these two little brackets above and below are for attaching certain coolers in fact we're going to use this today for our capelli's cooler but a lot of this stuff was basically for stock coolers that used to come with amd um so it's kind of nice it can be a little bit painful some people like don't like it i actually don't mind it in terms of doing coolers this part right here this part is what's called the vrm minus this which is just for show for i o but your vrm is what essentially cools uh all the phase power stuff that manages the voltages for your cpu up here in the top left you'll see two power connectors these are called eps power connectors you've got an eight pin and a four pin and this is specifically for regulating voltage for your cpu um and so that's that's you only actually need the eight pen the second one is for what's called overclock for what's called ln overclocking this wouldn't be a motherboard you'd want to use this for so it's just kind of a it's just kind of there you don't need it but if you wanted to use it you could um over here on the top left we basically have uh these are your first fan headers the only one that really matters on a motherboard is this light gray one which is your cpu fan header the reason being is it's the one that if you don't have something plugged into it and you turn on the pc um it will actually throw an error and keep your pc from booting all the way you can disable that but a lot of people you'll see people plug aios or cpu fans specifically into this header the one next to it's just a standard one this one right here is a 12 volt rgb addressable rgb header this is the most important connection along with these two white ones down here which are also rgb because everybody knows rgb makes pcs run faster they are literally more important you can put a pc just plug in a motherboard connect rgb and it will be faster than anything you've ever played with ever rgb is its own power and it transcends understanding uh this right here is your uh these are your memory dimms uh there's actually it's dual channel uh but on these boards that basically have four um it's actually only still dual channel um you can basically uh you can do only two dimms one dim but in order to get what's called dual channel uh uh uh activate both channels you have to have something in at least one of each of these and a lot of these in this this little spot right here you'll see that they'll show you where you at least have to have something to activate dual channel this is your 24 pin atx power connector this is usb 3.2 everybody hates this connector including me there's some people who are sadistic and like it they don't like those people i'm just kidding i love you all this right here is your sata these are your sata connections right here uh your sata connections are uh basically uh your two and a half inch and three and a half inch uh hard drives and ssds uh you've also got m.2s right here and right here these are those new faster hard drives they're not new anymore but a lot of people are always surprised when they hook them up they're like that's a hard drive yes and they go into these two sockets right here this is your front panel connections um these are always fun um they're like a rite of passage for pc builders for the first time then you've got usb 2 right here and then again those those super critical rgb connections then you've got your hd audio um right over here these are your pcie connectors you've got a by 16 a by 8 and a couple by fours right there and then i already talked to you about the two ones and then you've also got a bunch of i o which is always nice you've got uh four usb you've got a usb type c uh you got another just usb three you got a 2.5 gig ethernet connection if you had an apu um or your uh amd you could use those right there and then you've got your audio connections as well so that is the a that is a mobo i hope you learned who learned something who's who saw something in here that i showed that you're like i didn't know that was a thing or whatever it was um i'd love to know that right can i get a raise of hands that'd be great nvme is a cool name it is fun this is a b550s kaio i'm thinking for the uh yeah so just yeah giving you an update so we're gonna get our hey look look a couple people learned something i learned that rgb is essential tomman 256 that i have done you a serious service that is i have done you so much i have literally changed your life and i am great that in and of itself was great like stuff like the um like the phanteks glacier or even um the fractal um the corsair like we saw better temps on some of those but it was probably more of the case so i haven't done enough testing uh to going from the from that stuff so that's where you go from there uh kyotastic i love it we're using it i mean it's easy if you're using all if you're using all um corsair stuff um and it just looks really clean so but i mean again you're kind of if you're gonna use that particular aio you're kind of stuck in using corsair uh corsair ecosystem at this point oh i forgot to do the peels by okay there's hd audio hooked up and we got a fan header this is going to go right here that's our fan hub hooked up now what we're going to do real quick is we're going to grab our this is our cables here we got power switch reset switch and uh power plus and minus the reset switch is going to go right here at the bottom right there our switch is going to go right above it and we got power plus and minus right next to it there it is now all over cables are hooked up our front panel connectors are hooked up we're good there now we're gonna uh now we can uh get ready for our aio um and move on from there so we'll get our aio installed next we're gonna get that put together um get that all pieced out and then once we get that mounted and ready to go then we'll move on and show the deals and stuff though [Music] bitcoin man we talked about it they've already actually started to come down um but um and if it continues that way i expect like people said it looks like it's probably gonna be holiday maybe that we should see prices potentially at that point but if not it could be as late as 2022 unfortunately yes you can uh uh zeal's zex is asking can you use uh can you use uh the the corsair hub for non-corsair fans yes that's just a standard pwm fan connection so yes you can okay we're just opening up our aio now there it is right there oh [Music] okay so what do we need out of here we need our ryzen stuff which is right here don't need we don't need that we do need this okay there we go that takes care of that rgb is best that is true um there are yes that is true myrock um we have seen like rumor is and i haven't verified this myself so this is um but i i have been told that you can use liam lee like uni fans with corsair um and so there are some ways to be able to do that stuff um i have not been able to test it but i have heard that too um so aio [Music] the thor v2 for my atx you're talking about the are you talking about the psu i you yeah that's usually how it kind of comes in a lot of kids that's always the thing but i mean for the most part um somia nada i mean like the thing is is that i think a lot of times like the performance is more than good enough i've seen people like go the other extreme too where they basically just completely sacrifice looks for the sake of performance and like they're gaining like what out of it you know i mean so it just depends um we're good there okay there we go we're gonna get this installed now this is our aio ready to go this is gonna go like this right here and then we're going to put we need the fans let me grab our fans here okay here we go i'm gonna go ahead and open these because it's just a lot less we will need one of these one of these fans there and then we put the rest of stuff away okay so what we're doing is we're basically getting our fans ready we're going to be putting these on instead of the um ml's just to add a little bit more rgb awesome so uh blondie basically there's just you can there's little wi-fi adapters that they're pretty easy to go so you don't need uh they're just usb and a usb wi-fi adapter so that's uh that's that's what we would do in this case they have a tendency to be better than the on-board stuff anyway especially in the b550s um versus especially if you have like things like wi-fi six stuff like that um but yeah in this case just to make sure that we go from there these are cute uh kyotastic ll-120s if you don't necessarily care about noise they're better the white ones are some of the best-performing um uh uh best performing corsair fans on the market um but if uh if you uh want it to be quiet and are okay with a slightly less performance thing then the the ql's are better yes we are william tang we are we're gonna have a beautiful light show that's always the plan okay we're just cutting off the cutting off our connections here not bad there we go those are all ready to go okay now gotta do peels again there's a peel no no the mls are not top notch in rgb the the ql's are top-notch in rgb they have the most rgb of all of them the mls have the least amount of rgb but um are silent and uh close to the best performance so silent and quietest and best performing but you sacrifice rgb ul's are like the mix between lots of rgb you sacrifice some performance but you get a lot of looks that's right taste the rainbow for sure yeah the mls are kind of dim they don't have near the same lighting as this one this one's gonna light up like a christmas tree a unicorn christmas tree okay these are gonna go here because when i put it in there like this yes guys making sure my angles are correct here there's our three fans ready to go uh well right now if you're looking for qls now's the time to get ql's because they're on sale for surprised if we see new fans from corsair in the next uh in the next uh little while to be honest what's a pain oh yeah i will say like the sl 120s and the uni 120s or the al 120s guardi like the one thing is is like as much as i love those fans and they are easy to install the software compared to corsair is just not good um idp uh the it's the price on amazon when i looked was not 99.99 what do you think of razer chroma i like chroma i have a lot of problems with it bugging out not so much on the hardware side um but on the uh but on the uh like the like uh some of the stuff like the uh razer laptop sorry razer peripherals like i have like issues where it stops working all the time so i i mean honestly chrome like uh iq is one of the best that i've seen so far anyway hey fatal turtle thank you very much for the sub man yeah the 4000d we just we're actually doing uh we did a 4000 d system we did a 4000 d system last week i think um for that i don't have a recommendation carter sorry i don't know i don't have a ton of we i need to do the i have a this this keyboard i've been meaning to build forever though hey thank you ninten nintendog i do not know as nice uh apple knees it's rb20 and we're gonna be doing we're gonna be covering that in just a few minutes i think it is um you know i think personally i think it is um for what people are expecting out of it but honestly like is it overrated no it's just overdone but it's not overrated it's a beautiful case and debaur is a smart a smart uh uh they did a great job yeah in tie-dye it's like i don't have it like i said i don't have an issue with i just have issues with it not working sometimes but like my every all of my keyboards and all that stuff in my high-end game room that i have that i stream out of at home is all razer and it's all chroma so don't get me wrong like you know i i like razer components um i like their stuff i just find chroma sometimes it just stops working on me but that's it i don't have the issue with iq but uh i don't know it's price probably kyo because people just think that the price is probably it's it's they have a tendency to be pricey but then again i think you get that with it's a they're a premium brand and sometimes people don't sometimes people have issues with premium brands honestly i think they've been doing much better with their with their quality as of late crazy we're going for them i don't have a recommendation on a cherry mx brown um keyboard i don't have an i don't have an option for that somebody else may have but i do not okay there we go okay so this is all ready to go now i think i'm good here on this i can put all this stuff away i'm just trying to clear up my workspace a little bit i'm good here on this okay yeah that's my point ty died i don't have again i love the rain like how rain looks like rain's one of my favorite looking ones on there um but uh yeah it's just it's just something i just want to be honest right um i'm not saying that i don't recommend it because of it i'm just saying it's just something i've noticed i know a lot of people who like razor stuff and a lot i mean obviously they do very well because they sell a lot of it so hey sigma thank you for the raid man appreciate it okay there we go let's get this undone and then we'll start putting this in we'll take a little bit of a break go off some stuff just fan header in go one thing i don't like about this motherboard just this particular one is pretty straightforward minus one little issue is that the the heatsink has got like these little sharp channels in it and sometimes it makes the cables get caught in that little sharp channel i mean it's it's a minor complaint but yeah okay you're just not gonna stick so i'm just gonna stop fighting here okay we're just gonna the good thing about this particular aio when i talk about this almost every time i install it is just they've refixed the tooling on this makes it really easy to just put two screws in with your fingers and you've got that in there it is looks great okay so now you can go to top down get the rest of this installed um let me see something real quick trying to remember okay i'm gonna go ahead just for the sake of being smart we're gonna install our eight pin eps connection real quick this will just be a little easier versus like trying to do it and having to remove the whole thing later so that's just just just being smart guys being smartical particle trying to be anyway i don't know if i'm succeeding but i pretend anyway there we go grab one of our 8 pin uh i don't like it when it covers it's just a personal preference i don't like that it covers the i o shield i mean it also kind of it kind of helps fill up the space on the right hand side um a little bit nicer so that's just but it's it there's no there's no real reason yeah so in tindog there's some probably some other things but that's why i have a tendency to do it i just don't like the way that it looks so toilet tsunami jumping in hot with its sub guys we're 20 away we get those last 20 so that when we hit this next um we hit this next uh pipe train we basically are on our way towards the 150 and then we can basically maybe give away a gpu today because we always get a bunch during the hype train i don't know if somebody wants to drop a 20 bagger or whatever you want to call that i don't know i don't know 20 sounds right i don't know what the i don't know if that's the right term if i offended anybody because i use the bad term i don't know okay here we go do i also wait to put the exhaust fan in here a little easier just to work with this okay this is why we do this before it's the little things okay cool now that's all installed we're good to go there our eight pins installed and ready to go looks good not hitting the fan which is great okay so now we can put in all of our top mounted screws and get back to life there we go no top down see as you can see a 360 fits quite these before and so here we are right here where did i put my phone i literally just now i can't find it here we have one right here okay so this is this is a galaxy fold and when these launched when these launch they were just shy of two thousand dollars and a lot of people don't know one of the things that people don't know about these particular phones and i'll get this off of the side so you guys can just see the phone in general let me zoom in a little bit but one of the things that i love about this particular phone form factor is just is you have all of the same things that you have with the normal phone in terms of you can use it just like you've seen like a normal phone and it's a bit thicker obviously but as a normal phone you've also got same same controls and it's very similar obviously a bit thinner but where this becomes really special is when you use stuff in the blown out version uh like what you have here so this is using this for this and for things like youtube uh email all of those sort of stuff it just makes a massive difference in terms of watching uh content there's a content con as a content consuming device um like so here we go we're going to watch some roby tech and then here we go we're watching oh we can literally watch our own live build and here it is we're watching a live build but yeah in terms of your oh and i'm not logged in as me but here we can see just you know in terms of being able to view this and be able to see it you just end up with a really big screen that's something that basically fits in your pocket which is pretty cool i do i wouldn't i would not agree some people are saying non-practical it does like i carry this around with me uh quite a bit specifically for a reason that i'll show you right there but in terms of i like this as like a as a concern because in other words i don't need to carry a tablet and a phone i basically literally have a phablet inside of my pocket but the other thing too that i really like about it and this is the part that really kind of blows my mind is let's first let's close this it's got a lot of other options in here it's specifically for game pass and i don't know if you know much about game pass but game pass specifically with their xcloud stuff what you do is you basically get access to 99 games and one of the things with xcloud is that they just upgraded all of their servers a lot majority of their service to xbox series x level blade so you can basically play things like an xbox series x on uh the uh sites i mean on via streaming so in other words it doesn't matter what device i've got like i'm basically going to get a series x uh type performance so here let's go and choose like for instance if we do like trying to think of like a great game to show off here that's nice and bright but we'll start with minecraft dungeons so here we go right here basically you're going to watch it live basically i'm not on an xbox i just basically say play and then i've got right here i've got my phone i've got my basically my ruby tech this is my tesla this is the one that i use for my tesla this is my tesla model 3 controller it's connected via bluetooth to my device and so this is where i travel with is that making it is basically making uh playing games on the go fun and one of the things that i love about something like a fold is that you end up with a really big screen which is one of the issues i have sometimes versus playing on another on like a smaller device here i am i'm on xcloud basically playing my game that synced on uh my so i'm just going to sign in on my account and then i can just continue and play all that sort of stuff so it's just like an xbox in terms of being able to sync data and all that sort of stuff hit okay and then you can see here i am level 37 and i can start my game and go right in and i'm just controlling it but the thing that's so nice about it is just how big the screen is in terms of i know it but hulk you are because again it's streaming it it's not in other words the device doesn't matter you basically you're you're streaming it to the phone via their services so basically it's showing it right here and you can basically see how what it is and here you are you look literally on like like xbox and i can just basically go into here and hit start mission and it's running just like you would in xbox but the thing i like about the fold specifically is just how much screen real estate you actually have to play and it's pretty awesome in terms of that stuff so here we are i'm basically in the level and i can actually like i'm playing you can see lag performance stuff like that i'm not having any issues in terms of the light well i had to re go from there but there it is and i mean this is more than big enough to see i can see everything it's not small or anything like that so which is pretty crazy and then you just basically hit out and hit quit and there you go and it just basically works just like an xbox and i quit just like that which is pretty crazy and again you can see on here all of the other games that you can jump in for cloud like so yeah we have into here you've got all of these different ones here and then you can just see all of the games that you can basically play via cloud like hell like hellblade satsuna with touch controls guacamole hotshot racing all those other things and you end up with a really great screen but the other thing too is if you're you know some people talk about the impractical nature of this the other option that you also have and something else that you may want to pay attention to around samsung's event is here is something that may be a little bit more practical and this is a this is your galaxy note right which is you know very typical again you also have that with okay you have that with this again same thing you get the whole screen this is just a much more you know normal version but you can also do xbox game pass here and then if you pair that with something like this and the reason i like this particular form factor is this is the razer kichi which is a controller that lets me do the same thing so i'm going to hit send optional data because i want them to be better here we are same like this so i can just basically take this pop it in and this is like just the right link oh so sorry do the bottom one first this is just the right length and there you go now i've got my kichi set up and then i can go and so now i've got control here i can basically go from here so i'm going to go and i'm going to hit so i can hit minecraft dungeons i've got my kichi set up the same thing and then um now you can basically play this way too and again so if you want something a little bit more practical uh you know a little bit more practical you can carry your phone and then you've just got this little thing but again i kind of feel like if you have this you might as well carry a you can might as well just carry a um a galaxy fold instead but here i am like completely set up ready to play um and same same exact same exact set settings as last time oh dang it and then i accidentally left the thing so um but going from there so yeah it's pretty cool this is the i don't know if this is the eye this is the note i don't remember this is the s20 i don't remember which one i bought um but uh this is i literally have this okay so there we go right there signing in and again you've got the same thing uh it's you know again it's a little bit better i think i have to update this okay there we go and so here you are going to hero settings and again now you're seeing i can play it just like this as well so which is pretty cool and again so again they're having again with the the galaxy note um specifically um there is an upgrade and stuff going on uh if you're looking for something i'm just saying if you're looking at android i'm majority an iphone user but i carry these i carry multiple here for all of them but uh he'll be back i'm not worried about roby tech ai there you go what's the best pc um i've ever built um i don't i don't have a best i mean that 10 000 build is probably the like the right current king um which is dual 3090s it was a threadripper 128 gig it was like everything you could potentially want in a build but honestly like the one like the one that was on that was featured by um one that was featured in car and driver the one that we did with the mclaren i mean that was probably the coolest i mean one of the coolest um i know a lot of people really like that 0-1-1 mini valentine's build like 665 665 000 people um so it's hard it's like they're all my babies yeah that's a yeah tigger that's like that's a great way you know what i mean not really necessarily wasn't my favorite build but it was still a really cool build you know and a chance to build something like that was pretty cool i enjoyed that opportunity right now the key word is i don't know what that means i can get a gypsy yeah that makes sense i'm glad chaos i am glad let's run this up real quick our last kind of fan that we got to run and we can do all connect all our cables and all that fun stuff oh anyways i knew i was going to forget something did i forgot one critical thing i need four more screws yeah bloom cat i'm hoping soon right i think i figured with the that josh that is that is the cost the msrp cost is uh msrp it's aibe ms msrp i like that term so aib msrp is the cost 3500. if you were talking about like if you were able to get like an nvidia one at msrp i don't i don't know off the top of my head right now this is what the ai this is not he did not we did not overpay for this card we paid new egg or walmart or um but gamestop sells them now colin yeah so the price you see is actually that price yeah razer you got to be super careful about uh buying cars off like offer up facebook marketplace you like ebay safe but you're definitely paying a pretty penny so i've seen like i've seen stuff ebay prices actually start to take a steep shot a steep drop too like you know even the cases fight that custom water cool can be done yes they can it can be in those cases i think i don't know if you're asking that question if you're not i apologize i assumed you were but i i didn't mean if i if i just jumped into a conversation willy-nilly i apologized if i offended you and you're answering somebody else's question like thanks roby thank you captain obvious all i'm doing here is just getting our all our rgb hooked up there we go hope i asking if the psu if it's okay to run the fan into the case yes it actually does it's it is okay if you wanted to it just it's like for instance like uh some uh some psus um and specifically the one i talked about is the forest the asus stores um the uh if the oleds would be upside down so if you absolutely needed to it's not that big yes the 7000d is definitely going to need like a custom loop you need something like that really fills it out oh really that's funny pancho that's one way to verify that that's the one way to verify that you get the uh that you make sure that you get it right hey what's up jig grit how are you man okay here we go so we've got all this stuff in now i'm gonna pop this up this right here okay now what we're gonna do is we're just gonna get a lot of these cables and this is just the part that just takes a little bit of time so bear with me guys start getting these cables kind of controlled and clean and squared away here it doesn't take it doesn't take that much time but it definitely does take some um so it's always worth just noting and really what i'm doing is i try very hard to just kind of get everything into like into channels is what i'm working on here this goes up like this using that to push these down that's our fan hub cable always the fun part is just getting stuff to not be crinkled and it takes a little bit of patience oh is the hype train coming i didn't i didn't see if it un cooled off and i've been focused on this real quick i got robbed not that long ago but that was just because my son did something kind of dumb he uh left the garage door open and then the yeah they came in it was kind of rough luckily our insurance was very understanding and so we got everything right away it wasn't they didn't get inside the house they took one thing from inside the house but still kind of a brutal experience for my son yeah he was not he felt terrible to be clear he was not he like and i was just like he actually went around the neighborhood and like was like asking neighbors if they saw anything and like pulled nest camera footage for the police and yeah he learned his lesson for sure and i did not i there's not a whole lot more i could have done to make him feel like i was like okay dudes dude's learned his lesson like he definitely um was not going to make that mistake again now we like i know a lot of people on stream were like oh now you know here's what we do so we've done this kind of same thing with like a nighttime checklist now make sure that things are closed um but yeah one way to teach your kids responsibility for sure let's get this stuff kind of streamed and put away first what i'm doing right here is i'm finding where these cables go so we can just kind of we're just going to kind of get these nicely into a bunch up here and then they'll kind of start going down we just want to make sure nothing is like everything is taunt and not wrapped it's about kind of what i do is i find places to put things like zip ties that way it kind of cleans them up as we go this is always a part like and having using more than six fans in a build in one of these builds always makes it a little bit crook the asia horse i am gonna be using asia horse extensions i just haven't put them in yet they we will be though yes these are just these these are not asian horses these are just the rgb cables for the freaking for all of the fans and everything that's what i'm working with right here i haven't even gotten to the freaking cables this is just like basically getting the rgb under control and what i do is i'm basically doing the spine method of table management and the spine method is where you just basically get everything into a giant one single spine for your cables so that's what i'm doing uh uh it's uh it's e spine method is nice um for uh spine method is nice for like streams and stuff like that um if i was doing it individually i do what's called the group method which is where you group things like rgb in one place it just takes way more time and you know as much as i know you guys don't mind some of you don't mind cable management but yeah this is usually the part where i actually have the largest drop in viewership because people are like what the heck is he doing who cares the whole back's going to be closed it's like well i care right yeah the rat's nest method there you go tom that's that is i know a lot of people who also do that but this way it just ends up looking nice clean it's easier to do so like as you can see it does like once i kind of get it cleaned up like what we have here it gets cleaned up pretty easily just takes a little bit of finagling but it's going to be nice when it's done oh yeah there we go so now all of our rgb minus that we have one more little thing to add but like most of our fans and stuff are all controlled now they look really nice okay so this is the usb what i'm gonna do here this is all the power stuff and that's to our these are all power we'll run these over to the left here in a minute what i want to do here is i want to kind of get these kind of also grouped up so the whole hope here is that it's kind of one spine for everything because we do not have a usbc cable we just wrap this in like this okay now take this and also this should be short enough oh i'm gonna just all i'm gonna do real quick is just do a temporary one just hold this for now and then we'll finish it once we hook up all of our other cables you don't wanna you don't wanna do it too tight on these because you don't wanna crimp it so you just want to you basically want to get it it's controlled it's going to control it and then i'll finish it when i do the other side i still have to hook up a couple more things and then we'll be good there we go everything's kind of in a spine now um makes it easy okay much cleaner looking than what it was before just have a couple things that we'll run through here in a minute um just to keep it kind of finish it out and that's a temporary one we can go and cut these because these aren't they're gonna move there you go end up with something looks much cleaner okay now next step is we need to add one more connection and it's literally for this one cable right here we're gonna take this this goes into fan one we're gonna take this and literally just it the rgb is on the other side the rgb is on the other side the rgb is there it's just not on the other side it's just on the other side this is the this is not the it's not the side that you see it thing there you go okay so there's that there's the fan now we just need one more cable literally we have to add a whole another hub just to do this one extra fan kind of funny always makes me smile the things i do for commissions okay so we got to add this the last thing right here and then basically we're past the cable management part and everything which is great they're probably my most watched builds um the just the the arctic builds just everybody really just enjoys them um just because they come clean they just look so clean when they're done thank you dr zero oh really 39.90 it's kind of funny right because like sometimes you're just like that's not cable management my friend that is literally i don't know what that is but it is not what you i don't think that i don't i don't think that word means what you think it means that'd be kind of fun i think like i've been really impressed with greg salazar's series that he's been doing uh that's kind of that like basically some people send me their pcs and then we clean them up and redo them and make them look nice that'd be kind of cool okay okay so this is this right here is all of the stuff that i want to run through this last bit of the spine so i'm again point to this is just to get everything kind of to a 90 degree angle like this so again just looks nice not that the thing is is this has got a cover that goes over everything but i just i just want it to look good you know we're close guys for those of you who are just like geez robbie just finished the build we're actually getting very close this is all the stuff now i hope i need to see actually i might have done that prematurely okay let me do this first sorry heated disconnectors because i forgot i gotta i gotta hook up these usbs real quick okay so we're gonna run these two cables real quick which i forgot about and then i will see if i can pull those oops okay where is our usb yeah i think so too i think they're very satisfying so i would i think it'd be fun to do a series like that um and have people who want to submit that stuff and do that i know he does a lot of local which is interesting but maybe just have people who just send them and then have to pay for shipping i don't know we'll have to think about it i don't have a shortage of content that's my problem okay so here's one because the other one fell like a jerk this is our usb here grab and ready to go i'm not gonna do too many zip ties we're just gonna basically close this last one up with some there you go now it looks nice and clean and smooth and easy and there you go that's the thing about rgb is like it's just always that little bit of extra that we'll probably kind of need just to kind of you know it's just always just that little bit more that we got to worry about on the side because so i think that it is going to look nice and it's got this little hexel pattern as well so so here you can see right there like the side it should still look really nice got that little bit of hex it's not as silver as i kind of thought it was but again we kind of get what we get in terms of getting gpus at this point in time so it should still look nice inside of it we'll take a look it'll give it a bit more of a stormtrooper build i think um but okay put that in there don't worry we'll get it we'll get it we'll get it uh well you guys will see it when we drop it in we'll see how it looks okay i don't know if there's any peels on this i think there might be on the fans oh it doesn't look like there is oh no peels okay cool okay let's see how this looks when we put it in so we want to take this one out it's got the silver kind of match it's a little bit darker than but again there's a lot of black in these so i have a tendency they actually have a tendency to look pretty good inside of these and with a little bit of black okay so there's that okay here we go guys what stolen a little silver actually accents pretty well with some of the other stuff there it is still only two the cool thing is it's only two so the white will pop out a little bit more but again it actually looks really good it it does have some contrast against everything else and once we get those white cables out of this i think it'll actually end up fitting pretty nicely so yeah i think it looks great i agree yeah it's it's a big card it's a 3080 ti yeah let's get the other one in it's actually a great looking card i like the shape of it and it it helps with some of the harder angles so um and like i said we have white cables that'll go with it so i think that'll really help cpu cable is next run right there 4x4 and finally we've got a single sata cable that's gonna go right there for peripherals okay there you go all of our power is plugged in now we're gonna do is we're gonna lift this up get it up like that okay luckily we have lots of room in this that was i didn't i cable managed really well so just slides right in just like that finishing our oh okay let's block this down there we go okay now grab our cable we're so close guys everybody's ready everybody's ready there we go there we go and one more okay 850x is in oh almost fell okay let's put this down and out of the way there we go that's clear and out of the way okay next up let's grab our cpu cable neither one of these both gpu cpu okay cpu cable is going to go up here sorry cpu cable okay this one you can't really do a whole lot of cable management it's just not that long so it's held which is nice and again we'll have this whole cover back covered and now for the fun one of course they're upside down so i'm gonna basically just do these and then close them down these are two psu cables one back to you there we go and then the second one same kind of promise here from us here this in here go and put this right here okay there we go now those are fixed and controlled and easy i'm gonna quickly snip them so they're controlled clean there you go okay so that's these okay last cable just goes right there and we are done okay there we go tables are all in the bottom is set squared we got all of our stuff kind of ready to go let's grab our go and there you go i know hold that down okay that's that grab our back plate and done cables look good man get out clean okay next grab our top here it is nice and solid and then we take our top one there's that okay can link this right here and now put this right here boom okay build is back together elastic away charge it for another day and get this set up and there is our build ladies and gentlemen ready to go everything's done probably boom i hear it i see it i see them all now the lights on the top are gonna be weird because the hub right now the lights aren't gonna be correct for the hub because the hub is set for mls but when we get it finished it will be done but there it is it is lit up and ready to go okay let's turn off the lights because it's time to go to mood time we've got the build done the whole thing is sewed is good okay let's get the lights off here so you guys can get it in the full bask of its glory there it is some light some more moody type lighting there look at the front here guys get some there we go so we could get that get that front view there now again the lighting is not going to be quite set until we uh until we basically uh get the ml's uh the the fan set to the right color so it's right now they're set for mls that's how they they default um but they will go and uh and get pretty that looks so good um i just have to say which is awesome and uh came out so clean and so nice so it just it came out looking really really good so i'm really happy that that that that gpu that gpu actually looks really nice especially with this again the white kind of ties it together it fits well with the black so it does it doesn't stick out and then the white from the gigabyte and stuff it still makes it fit well which i think is nice you've got all the plus you got these will all be lit up so you can see this back fan how much brighter this is than the other fans that's just because it's currently set for mls it'll be quite a bit brighter um afterwards and so and it does post by
