How To Boost FPS On CS2 And Get The Best Performance Out Of Your Game (+200 FPS)

today I'm going to be teaching you guys how to get more frames in Counter Strike 2 since basically after release it's been running like absolute dog for anybody who's not on like a brand new PC or it runs phenomenally it's one or the other there's no in between really and my PC was one of the ones that ran like dog so I figured out everything to make it run better um it's pretty easy honestly so if you go into your Windows key and you type in GPU settings then you go to browse OS Drive steam steam apps common Counterstrike Global Offensive game bin win64 and add CS2 I already have it added and then you go to options and set it to high performance so it uses more of your GPU and then after that you'll want to go into Nvidia control panel and you want to go into program settings and then add and then it should pull up just this long like program list here you'll just want to find CS2 in it I'm pretty sure you can just type Cs and it'll just take you straight to it like that uh then you do add selected program and you're going to want to change all your settings to these and go through it slow so you can copy yet and that's with the Nvidia control panel so if you have an AMD graphics card it won't be exactly the same but this will also work if you have an AMD graphics card if you go into steam go to your library and then right click on CS2 and then go to properties go ahead and copy these launch options I'll have them listed in the comments or the description down below and this freak uh command here you're going to want to change it to the refresh rate of your monitor so it best formats to your game I have mine set at 144 because I have 144 Herz then if we go into the game also this is a map made by crashes you can get it on the community workshop for absolutely free go to Workshop visit Workshop and then you type in config should be second one that pops up config generator CS2 gen you'll just want to open this up and once this opens up for you you want to go ahead and do the view model radar audio and then MK is just up to you I don't do Crosshair personally cuz I have my own and you can change your Crosshair color grenade Crosshair radar Zoom all that in here but you have to press this green button here in order to save all of the settings and fully exit if you want the best CS uh video settings for performance here they are I've done hours of testing and I've found that this is the best resolution for FPS and looks of the game and these are the best settings for FPS and video settings or advanc video I've tried using this at four times and people will say it doesn't really lower your FPS that much and like Global Shadow quality set it to high because you get an advantage from seeing people peek around corners but really if you just have your headphones up you can see people or you can hear people before they're going to peek it anyways and this really just adds a layer of like non blur to edges I'll show you here so if you do that everything just kind of looks smoothed that's really the only difference but game pretty much looks the same and you get a drastic FPS drop so that's four times and I'm running about 510 if we go to none I'll be running about 800 and then 620 in here so it's about 110 FPS difference for just one small change which is why I run all of the lowest but you can run which you want if you have a better PC that could run higher and still get good frames I just like Max frames yeah that's pretty much it to get your CS2 to run better if they add anything in the future like an auto XX file that you can get or maybe like a FPS boost pack with an auto XC inside of it then I'll update this FPS Boost video but until then this is pretty much all you can do to get the most performance out of your CS2 appreciate you guys watching and be sure to hit that subscribe button because I'm a small Channel you already know it helps me out and if you want to that like button is also free and only about 2 in away to 2 in it's kind of a lot but most people can manage
