hey guys in this tutorial I'm going to show you how to blur a license plate in a video clip with a moving camera in filmora video editor so here's the clip I'm going to be working with now I'm going to rewind all the way to the first frame and then click on this button or press alt X keyboard shortcut now this puts the editor into motion track mode so just go ahead and adjust it around the license plate or any other moving object like a face a person or any moving object you want to blur out of the video now go ahead and press on this button to start the automatic motion tracking process it's going to process your entire video and now if you play your video clip you'll see that the box is following the license plate okay now I'm going to rewind the clip to the first frame and in this drop down over here select add a mosaic now there's a second box that's going to show up that you can adjust so go ahead and also shape it around your moving object here I can also select the pixelated blur effect and adjust the granularity of my pixel blur pretty much that's everything guys and if I play my video now you will see that the license plate has been blurred out with a nice pixelated blur effect using filmora's motion tracking tool set
