hey guys my name is Elijah and in this tutorial I will show you how to blur your video in shortcut it's very simple so in order to blur it just go over here select it and go to filters tab right here you can also click on these filters right here it's basically the same now go over to this plus add a filter and type blur select the blur that you want so I will recommend blur gaussian but select if you want to try different ones just try it so double click on blur version and now you can select the amount as you can see now it's only four percent but I can increase it and to make it really Blu-ray as you can see so what I want to do is to time it so at the end I mean at the beginning of the video the blur will be zero at the middle the blue will be 50 and then the edit and the end blur will be also zero so move my playhead at the beginning click this stopwatch and make sure the blur is set to zero percent then I will Zoom it out a little so I can see move my playhead to the middle of the clip and now type here 50. and as you can see this keyframe will appear from 0 to 50 blur and at the end of the clip make it zero again and as you can see all your keyframes are here when I play it back it is slowly blurring to 50 as you can see here and also here and here in this ramp as well now you can also move this ramp so let's say you want the blur to be building up all this time and then just slowly disappear you can really create a cool effects with this this is just a demo but you get the idea thank you guys for watching if this video was helpful to you consider subscribing and liking this video and I will see you in the next tutorial bye
