HOW TO: BAG BRICKWORK WITH HAND MITT

thank you hey this is Brody and welcome to my first YouTube episode in this episode I will be bagging the brick on the front facade firstly I need to remove this down pipe and I'm going to paint it later then I've taped around all the doors and windows so [Music] sheets and then paint it like a darker maybe like an off black not like that color black real dark shade of gray Maybe I'm gonna bag the rest of this brick from the back with a random mix [Music] this is what I'll be using to bag the brick it's a wool hand mitt now I'm applying the render mix to the water that I just chucked in I'm only doing half a bag is that that's all the bucket will allow me to do [Music] now we mix with the drill bit that I have here um you want the mix to be almost like a toothpaste texture so it's easily to apply onto the brick [Music] now I'm scooping out the mix into the handmade and just applying it to the wall and you want to do like wave actions on to the wall [Music] [Music] hmm [Music] [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] ladies here I'm using a stainless steel scraper to get down the bottom of the brick I found it was easier to apply when it's really close to the ground if you've got a dirty ground and you don't want to get your hand bit dirty then I'll come back with the hand mitt to get there that finish that you want from the hand mix yeah like that makes it easier to spread on there yeah it's hard to get it [Music] [Music] thank you
