How To Adjust Pressure and Other Settings On Philips Respironics DreamStation CPAP

hey guys jason here with rest shop and i'm here today with a common question by you the customer how to adjust my setting on my dream station auto all right so what we're gonna first do is put on the machine here you see your main menu you got my info in my setup this is where the problem is usually stemming from you are going into my setup when you get in here everything is locked there's no adjusting it here and you're like jason what do i do well this is what you do you gotta go back to the main menu and we scroll over to my info once there you're gonna simultaneously click the dial button and the top incline button at the same time after about five seconds it's going to pop into a main menu where it says my therapy you see right here we're set into auto these machines also have the capability of going into cpap mode but we are here to evaluate the auto set if you scroll over here you can see we have the easy start that's if you just want it to automatically turn on and off while you're using the machine but what we're going to want to do here we're on the low end setting and here is the high end setting if you click onto that you can adjust your pressure setting once you're at your desired pressure click on and it'll be set for you moving forward if you want to go to my comfort you can see how your humidity goes you can have it at an adaptive rate or you can have it as a fixed rate where it's just going to be the same all night it's not going to adjust just like your auto set if you move over you can change your humidity level scroll through these menus it's all about ramp time whatever you want to do ramp time goes anywhere between five and five minute intervals going from five to forty five minutes and then if we scroll over one more to the side this is another common question i had hey it's blowing too much pressure well you can change what tube you're using we have 15 millimeter 12 millimeter and 22 so this is gonna adjust the amount of air pressure so you're getting the adequate pressure while you are sleeping all right thank you guys that is all we have for today if you have any questions please drop a comment down below if you have any other suggestions we are here to help you so please ask those questions and we will address it as soon as possible if you like this video and you found it informative make sure to mash that subscribe and follow button and we will be here next week with another video
