[Music] went down to two L of milk so I leave one for the family take one to the and sometimes it's not really too complete so we will take zero points yeah and I remember the CL there one told that you just drink this milk don't bring this milk just drink drink this is a joke this is the the bull that Ser no it doesn't serve it has its purpose what is it purpose it is enclosed it is enclosed and if you can notice it is enclosed here and the young haers there so what's the purpose of that the purpose of this is something we call a natural stimulation all of them have magnets have magnets where in their stomachs so how do they put magnets in the same way they inseminated in this video we are featuring one of the youngest Farmers ever to be featured in this show Madame Naomi has managed to grow a dairy farm that has over 40 heads of kettle Naomi is going to tell us how she started it how she's running it her challenges and she's going to give us a word of inspiration Madame Naomi thank you so much for having me you're looking sharp today like your shirts your PO t-shirt and uh the wing wing wing Farm Wing Farm yeah it's a youth group amazing it's a youth group with very determined Farmers from all over also in amazing uh it's a group of likeminded people yeah venturing in different value chain yeah one thing I am proud of being a member of that group is the fact that there's a lot of motivation from one another you learn from one another and the level of Technology innovations that is there is on another level so I'm just proud to be part of this amazing yeah yeah you're truly you're truly inspirational and humbling uh I didn't know you're going to accept to this interview but I'm really appreciative of that thank you so much why wouldn't I be would I amazing now Madame Naomi how did you find yourself into daily fing well uh I am a graduate I am a gradate uate at the University of Nairobi Wow you went to University of Nairobi yeah I did and as usual I'm a Kenyan as well uhuh there's no jobs for everyone yeah yeah yeah so the other option was to come back home and when I was home I met uh when I was in campus I met my sister my husband and when we graduated we didn't get only the degrees we also had a newborn coming wow mhm and that hit us different because now we independent we out of college we don't have jobs wow and we have a baby coming yeah so because of the environment where especially my husband is brought up there is a lot of Da fing so I would say daily interest comes from the environment that I'm coming from yeah the fact that we've grown knowing da is productive because we've school fees being paid with dairy seen food come home because of dairy uh we thought maybe we can tap that opportunity but Dairy farming is not like chicken farming you can just go and buy a chicken and start raing from nowhere this an animal you need to think about structure you need to think about feeds and the capital init to buy a ha far or a c you know or a milking mother yeah so for us our best choice was to go with the calves Cal oh to buy the CES yeah to buy the Cales and I remember we started by one C uh uh we that was the first saving and this saving how we come we came about was we got a family land a small piece of family land where we started uh cultivation of vegetables and fruits so from that we were able to have some for the household and some for savings and I think the culture of savings started there so we saved and we bought our first C she was about 8 months old uhuh so we started with her and then after two months we brought another one now the CES that were you were starting with were they like uh this breed this is the fres we have always done fres and the reason why I've said this area is a da prodction area and we have very quality breeds like fresh you know fresan is a producer milk producer it can produce a lot of milk okay well managed so availability of fresher was is in this region in this region avability of the Gen here yeah we not possibility most cows yeah 90% of the cows here fresh fresh and this is because they in they all do inamin yeah and this inamin is a breed that is selected mostly by professional veterinaries and also the board of the Cooperative where we take the milk so most of the cows here of high quality so we took a c of fresh and another one of fresh but of different Farmers from within and after maybe another two months we had another one so we had three MH and that is the only space we we had for that moment the structure we had constructed was only to host for cows but if we are going to milk we needed to relieve one space so that when they start milking we have a space to Milk okay so these cows remember they young M they are not producing yet so we are still drawing money from our pockets to feed them yes to invest in them yeah so we were not able also to employ which I think that is the crucial point where youth shy away from da fing because it's tedious you spent with you the whole day you yeah yeah I've seen so at that moment we were we were doing the work ourselves yeah so we had to go to the to the fields to cut the grass and all that and another smart idea which was our first lesson came in our minds that we need to do free range since they are small they can you know from around yes and then they come in the evening give them water and we've saved ourselves some energy to do something else bad mistake number one because that cost us a cow wow one C died because they ate a poisonous flower that we were not even aware it's poisoners they two of them which were in the same close by yeah they ate the flower so one was critically ill and the other one had died so the one that was critically ill we named her lucky but she's gone but her daughters are here yeah lucky survived and that is where the name luy came from and this cow was the beginning this was the first lesson we learned in da far never to just let the never free range yeah never free range never helps it will cut you some some time but it will end at a high cost so after that we completely did zero grazing yeah now it was more tedious but there were results and then now the savings that came at that time there was a opening because getting a number to sell at The Cooperative also at that particular time was taking a bit of hle yeah so there was announcement of number issuing and we had some saving so we opted to buy a cow that is already producing milk this way we will be selling some milk and we'll secure the number yeah now that is where we did our second mistake wow now our second mistake was buying a cow that was being milked because uh they are Brokers and it's also a value chain there are people who benefit from selling cows and connecting Farmers to buyers this guy told us you have seen a cow somewhere the price was reasonable was in between our budget and uh the cow was producing good milk because we had been told it's producing 25 lit a day and we were not as dumb so we went to see and we told the farmer will come of course in the middle of the days when it's making sense because milking hour in the morning is very early yeah so we went and the milk the the milk Del L from that cow that is midday that's a lot of milk that is midday yes only uhuh uhhuh we were seeing it you know yeah we were motivated and we took the cow home we asked we inquired about how the cow has been feeding we have the cow was a bit malnutrition but we were told because she was struggling MH she was not able to feed it well yeah so we said wow if if you did well then this C can hit 35 l a day that is the mistake of planning for what you don't know yeah he took the cow home and started milking the first three days the cow was producing 5 lit a day so we were there beating our heads something has to be wrong either our feeding the structure something has to be wrong because you know honestly we've seen it Seen It produced and it was only during the day and that evening produced 3 l so it makes sense maybe over produce during the day day now evening milk should be small yeah that was our big mistake because after a week we only producing we being we milking 5 kilos a day the whole day so I have a small baby this baby expecting and the family we expect the same from the five lit and take some to the dairy yeah there's a moment it went and went down dropping the milk the others have been served but they have not yet followed yeah so this one went down to 2 L of milk so I leave one for the family I take one to the DA and sometimes it's not really too complete so we will take zero points yeah and I remember the clock there one day told her you just drink this milk don't bring this milk just drink drink this is a joke yeah for me I am a person who is discouraged first but I have a partner who is not discouraged yeah so she said he said it's okay we will drink we have the number and we will drink yeah but this cow is going to go I'm not keeping it this cow so we sold it yeah we able to maintain remember we are also struggling to feed this you know yeah so we didn't buy another car we let this one SC so they cult all of them cult haers and they produced really well wow so for the first time both of them would heat 22 lit a day how how many how many cows that have bed now not no 22 22 so I'll take like 44 lit in two cows the two cows now okay each has this is fair and lucky each each has a c hay yes but they are still babies you know amazing so we went with that motivated us a lot yeah so we started the the nature of Sav we saved we saved we saved and then one of the family member was telling a cow that you have seen grow it was good breed we bought that one and it did not disappoint us we call her Queen she's up there she's the mother of queen and the the has never bed a m only female only wow so and each year she CES each year she CES each year she comes so she was a good investment and that is how gradually we went and went and our coup Grew From 3 to 10 mhm to 18 mhm so after the 18 were there that's the only space we have there because that is not the property that I own yes because first first and foremost they need to know that you have this this is not there's another uh da few from here yeah how many many 18 cows there how many are here no not 18 cows 18 that are being milk but we also have like four the theyers that are not being milked so and there we also have these one these ones are getting milk these one are not being milked this is the the the bull that Ser no it doesn't serve it has its purpose what is you see it is enclosed it is enclosed and if you can notice it is enclosed here and there are young haers there so what's the purpose of that the purpose of this is something we call a natural stimulation so these haers they develop faster when there's a bull close by a urine wow smell it's just like that is ingenius so like it's like home on yeah yeah yeah so w he doesn't breed his work is to notify us when they also when the heers are being sered for the first time we tend to have a lot of Silent you know the silent ones they won't show any signs they're not aggressive we've not leared their behaviors yet so you find you losing a lot of time waiting for them and already they wait they wanted to be served like four five months ago and you didn't notice so with him we able to notice when this bull is here and you have a haer there who doesn't make any characteristic or noise so how will that silent this what we do we just open the bull will go and we see it starting to charge you know there's that romance before we will see would want to mount and then now we will know it this plus the other signs we will see the the discharge we will notice now we'll start checking keenly on the things that we need to check that is brilliant yeah his name is kuna kuna yeah for the purpose of kuna kuna is smelling smelling in soiling yes that's brilliant okay let's go on you're talking about the two now that other piece of land yes now there the cows have been fully like there's no more space to expand to expand so there was limitation of expansion yeah uh by this time with the experience and the challenges because remember we didn't have massive luns so mostly we depended on renting LS for f we used to rent in different places for for for land to grow F yeah now there was excess F there is limited space for us to expand yeah but there was some saving we had yeah so we purchased a piece of land and then after that we did some construction it's more modern than the other one because it's more permanent than the other so and it carries more it has a capacity of 45 amazing amazing so and also there is room for expansion expansion I've seen yes so those 18 cows that we had and the vegetable business that we were doing we were able to save up and also get loan how we get the loan is we sell our milk to The Cooperative yeah and Cooperative we have a a circle and in this circle you're able to like after every payment there some deduction you tell the bank to deduct and buy shares for you so these are the guaran you need to guarantee your loan so we took a loan and with the other savings we had bought a land and it stay for like three years and then after that now we saved to build the structure we had finished paying the other Lo yeah and we had acquired another asset that was able to we had another title so we had like two titles to trade to get a loan plus the shares so this time we were able to get a bigger loan and devil is a liar I think it was grieved it was that success you say it's just yeah now there I learned another lesson yeah yeah the lesson I learned is that I will I desire now the coup is finished yes what can we do if those ones can give us this if we can mil this amount of milk in this in this number yes yes what if we added this number what if we multiply this number now since we have access to loan yeah we don't have a liability why don't we you know increase the number let's risk we risked we B 12 12 more 12 Inc remember now we are not buying a c that is being oh yeah you learned your lesson from the one that produced 11 lit yes yes now we are learning another lesson yeah and this lesson is on AAS in C AAS about five to 8 months we were buying about five to eight months wait wait what is incal incal means a he that is pregnant in a Lem mon language okay so an inal fa about five months months we would buy that range because we were giving us a period of four months to start repaying the loan and be stable because you also need to do some you know risk estimation and all that and re bugeting forecasting yeah we bought 12 counts we were very close with the Brokers they were our friends they were bringing us good business yeah yeah only did we know what we were putting in group so what happened we both the cows they were looking well we checked everything we were been taught regularly by The Cooperative on how to look for good structural features you know like the under the back we were looking at those now the cows come and also seeing the health of the carow if warm the Wes all that and they all qualified first CED and Di H so it's an accident maybe the C was too big but since it's after a week another dies wow so this is two and now we are like what is happening what is going on and you know we we are surrounded in a community and it's start guessing things assuming you know [Music] you know all those questions we let it go after a month another so this time we called the vet come and do postmortem we need to know what's happening yeah so that was the postmortem after the postmortem a lot of Nyon papers inter Tred in intestines yeah was the reason for the ding yes the other one died it was full of ions inside nailss na oh metallic objects okay that what they call Hardware so this time this we didn't know what to do now how can we do how can we control this how do we know yeah so we learned at that particular time that we were buying cars from Brokers and not Farmers someone will go somewhere get a cow that was Zero gra no it's called zero grazing letting them go just letting them Ro or giving somebody to walk the cows that eat around the along the roads yeah so they will eat anything and then they buy them at a cheaper price they come they inject them with vitamins inject them everything they need yeah they F them up they make it look really nice for you it's really attractive I don't blame them because there is no way they would have seen the stomach of the cow I blame myself for being naive you know but it's also a lesson I needed to learn so out of the 12 six died the first year so the six that were left there the other Farm we also had others who started dying but of different reason uh them for them they were Dy because they had milk fever and mostly milk fever was a disease caused by lack of minerals that are needed for them yeah we trusted a company uh to be supplying us those salt the the minerals they need and they failed so it cost us it cost us a total of nine cows so you see there space there we took the ones that were here and this was closed okay completely so anything you see here yeah was born here wow and raised here wow anything and this is the first time all these the first time calers they they've never been milked before but the other ones they are old so in total I have lost more than 18 cows mature cows producing cows it has not been easy from there I've learned the importance of insurance because along the way I covered that I would there's potential of losing more yeah and through the circle we there's an insurance they they come they assess your cows they give you the pums to Pap so some of the cows were compensated depending on the nature of that some died because of pneumonia yeah so you see that is something like natural so they pay like 9% hard where they pay 50% at least you don't lose everything another thing I learned about the use of magnets to comvert the the the nails and the yeah the Iron Sheet all those metallic things that might be in the fields yeah so we all of them they were introduced to magnets so all of them have magnets have magnets where in their stomachs so how do they put magnets the same way they inseminated oh yes so someone takes takes the GL the magnet is a long tube just about this size and it's cylindrical and has some protective thing the magnet is inside and there's something protecting it so it's doesn't harm the car so it is inserted inside wow yes anyway that's that is audacious but then it's worth it right it is very worth it I tell you these are some of the things I don't think a lot of farmers are aware of until it hits you and then you'll get WI appreciate the importance of that magnet yeah doesn't cost much yeah but it really helps yeah wow then because you've talked a lot about uh acquisition I wanted to ask the cost of acquiring one uh C how much were you buying a c then then the first cve because it was only 8 months I bought it at 30,000 the other one was a bit expensive because I bought it at 40,000 40,000 shill so that the price range ranges between 40,000 30,000 yes but what about right now that is the age that is that age but once a car is more than one year and especially if it's in C yeah the prices goes up to 100K wow but if it is in C from five to 8 months it shoots from 100 to 150 you have you have here do you sell do you sell no I don't sell cuz you see all this they amazing and I told you I learned what lesson I am not going to buy any kind somewhere gradual growth gradual growth we might have a lot of money we can feel this but gradual growth my friend amazing you you have to go through the learning C and grow slowly when learning yes amazing yes now let's come to the feeds how do you feed all these k we' list some plants where we grow F and I also have some f around here so we we chop f after two and a half months a plot is they cut they cut it down yeah it's let to wield for like 3 days they come and chop it m and that is the F we give but sometimes it's too dry that the f is not in sufficient so we supplement so the little nepia grass we have we add in BS here and with with strs sometimes yeah and also we have a waste from the pineapple company the pill oh delm is around here yes yeah the je company after processing the ju whatever is left as waste we buy it and come to feed the cow first and foremost it is really good for you when you're feeding your to understand it needs a Content that can cause fermentation fast and they easily ferment this pineapple leaves they easily they have sugar they ferment so they not only they don't only use they are not only used to make the cow full but they also increase the production of milk wow by are very great by 10% 7% depending on the quantity another thing we did because feds now here are very expensive that is one challenge we having as F but we try out a lot of things and each farmer has their own formula for me what has worked for me is supplementing with readily available but nutritious feds for my so I don't do daal I also don't buy commercial mineral Sals yeah we mix our own we have our own ingredients that we use remember I told you the lesson I learned yeah so we've worked closely with our vet who has taught us what to to buy in terms of minerals what checking so we make our own sauce yeah instead of Da meal we buy m and as Farmers now here within you you you come up like 10 Farmers you take a trailer it's called the trailer the big Glory yeah the big Glory tra yeah we we take it we take I'm from Uganda it's a bit cheap oh cheap in Uganda yes we come and share so you'll find buying there you're saving more than 500 shs if you're buying from an agate from within so that is one of the advantages we have being in an area where dairy production is at its highest because also accessibility of some of these thing is very is like for us when we buying the pineapple leaves there's a Lori sometimes in gongor you'll find a Lori selling you buy your pickup you buy your bucket you buy your drum and you leave there is also something we call Macha that is a breweries waste yeah and it's very high in protein because it's made from so and Val yeah so we buy it from within local Distributors and this saves us a lot when it comes to cost of dery meal because we have that protein we add the m j and maybe buy Poland and then we also use chicken man okay so you'll find we use a rati of maybe three M Jam two Poland and one chicken manure and also now depending on the production of the cow that is where we play the game with the Macha and the pineapple so if you're high yeld you get more feds those two if you don't meet the expectation or there are those we call dry these are cow that have been milked but they are not milked anymore maybe in their seventh or from six months when they're in C they not getting milk in we call them dry until they give birth so this cow you don't give them Feds that will you know initiate relactation hormones so that they they stop producing milk and this is very important because if you continue feeding this cow the feeds that you're feeding the milking cow it it has chances of growing mastitis how because it's producing milk you're not milking it uhhuh okay okay so it causes that is one of the causes we have for M yeah yeah okay you may lose de because of that and me I have high producers SC and I can tell you for a fact I have three cows that I milk only three it and this is because of the same they high producers and we want we don't want them to go back we want to keep them nourish so that maybe they can add more kilos we don't give them time to dry up and in turn they continue producing milk milk till they have mastitis because they're not getting milk sometimes you see a cow it is seven months pregnant is producing 15 L A day or 10 L A Day you still a and this is a lot to just do away with I will do the last three weeks now when you take the milk because now the hormones in the body have started saving some nutrients for their cows when you take that milk and mix with the milk you take to the Dair there is a quality check mark there it will check and return your milk because of that oneup so you lose like 400 L because of G of 5 L yeah now talking of milk I've seen milk is plenty in this Farm yeah you're miling three days a three times a day yeah everybody like it's really satisfying to watch okay how many liters of milk does your Dairy this two Dairy Farms Produce in a day so I will say in average yeah in average in average I'll say about 380 to 400 wow because there is a lot of factor that affect that yeah there is the issue of dry there is an issue of weather climate all those feeds so an average of 400 380 to 400 let's say 400 lit how much is a liter of milk now it depends where you're selling because for me I'm selling at a cerative and they buying at 49 Shillings 49 Shillings so let's put it at 50 yeah 50 shilling yeah no not 50 say 49 it's really 49 is a lot wow 49 times 400 liters of meal wow that is something do the cost of FS I think the question was what is the cost of production cost of production yes wow because you might do the mathematics and you go blastic but the cost of production is everything okay now let's come back to cost of production how much much how uh how much in Shillings does one cow eat no I will say the cost of producing a lit of milk is about 28 in in a day yes 28 Shillings 2 shs in so selling it at 49 you're eating about 11 11 Shillings so that is 11 * 400 Shillings yes how much is that I don't know 11 times fin do the month but I'm sure it's good money yeah it's not it's good money what about manure I've seen there's a lot of manure and uh I know manure has a lot of benefits right so walk us down uh the path of how you use this Manu something I forgot to tell you yeah I told you we started with h culture and fruits right one challenge we had was buying manure manure wow we would buy we would spend a lot of money man man so we treasure manual for me personally treasure man man one I use as a source of energy I cook with bio gas yeah I've seen it yes so I use the bio gas the slur is what I use to feed my vegetables uh so the cost of fertilizer is gone yeah the manure that is not that is there's another section you saw the man that is just dumped somewhere we let it be compost their drain and that is what we trans transport to the nepia grass Farm because we need to achieve this height of grass at this particular time so man is very important in your in F fields for you not to go back and buy F so a lot of our manure goes to the fields so you said you need to achieve a certain height of yourass why is that so as I Lear here is SC the little opportunity I have I'm going to make the to maximize yeah I'm going to maximize it I don't have a big land and this this CS me to eat yeah exactly so what we do we plant napia grass and ensure for me I I prefer when it's long it's not what is recommended but I like it when it's very tall because that way I have more F I will supplement the nutrients otherwise I need the cows full first M so the the right recommended is about a m and a half 2 m then you chop it that they say it has more production if you have a big lant you will use that but for me I opted for that one because of to increase the the quantity of the produ yeah yes moving forward in the next 10 years where you see yourself I see myself as a big farmer uh owning some ranch uhhuh uhuh but I'm I'm going to still be a farmer uhuh yes owning a ranch maybe a ranch or some big farm or some big you know but it has to be production of food production amazing yes amazing what about would you still be doing Dairy I will not stop doing Dairy what about value addition now do you think you're going to I don't think for me I think for people and that is a niche that I think a lot of youths need to tap in yeah for me I don't think I have an advantage of trying to Value add considering the Cooperative is here it's massive it's big they individuals they private company trying to do the same but so they are struggling so I don't want to go through that line of doing the value addition for now I'd rather work and sell the milk but what I will do on my level is improve my breeds I want to achieve those liters those I see on TV 60 lit P yeah if they can get I also can get so I'm really working with a close associate and partners and vets our vet is amazing he really teaches us about the new breeds he have introduced there is a new breed that they're introducing it's called the red freshen I think you've seen one of them so that is the niche I want to capitalize on I want to improve my yes I want to improve the so that I can have quality milk and quantity yes amazing yeah now having been in this sector and uh having had your own fair share of uh challenges right what are the key just to summarize the most important maybe the biggest okay what are these challenges that anybody who would be starting the same thing today or tomorrow would expect and how would they uh Guard from that I think one first is the capital because you you're saying mostly for the Youth it is the capital and capital is not only the money we're talking about the space the land the resources that you need so you need that land you need the capital to buy and now the real challenge that is challenge number one if you can beat that you go to challenge number two selection I have heard a lot of people ask I'm in I am init how do I get good breeds I have deal with people from your region you have calleded me I'll tell people I have also been calleded but you learn you learn but the best person to sell you something is a family not a broker go to a farm talk to a farm and it's not a set up you see you've seen it natural exactly go to a farmer and tell them you want to buy and negotiate from there another thing some people would want to come and start earning the money because you just want to come and start miling my friend give yourself time to learn okay give yourself time there is a reason why I got that cow that was of bad quality mhm there was a reason why because I needed to First learn the two on how to take care of them properly to get to achieve the lits that I was Desiring from this one car get so you need to grow gradually gradually and it's a lesson you need to learn po po you don't hurry things alternatively if you blessed and you you have resources and you want to do big most of the challenge I have seen with people is the management because management is also very key I spend my days here all day Sunday I rest with the family but it's like a age to just that I I do early and I go back late but it's a commitment if you can't commit to it hire a professional who has done likeand who is aware of what to do yeah someone you can question why is this going this and this someone expecting results from because you can still do that and not be around yeah but for that case you need to hire someone because management is if you lose on management it will never work wow there is disease it is catastrophic because you might lose the whole heart there are diseases here in this region the same way there is an advantage of good Market yeah the disadvantage is there is Clos it's enclosed area that there are many cows and viruses spread is very fast can I tell you for a fact they have to be vaccinated every year I think for the lampy Skins you need to understand the condition of the cow before they come to vaccinate because something like when the cow is like five months pregnant and below it can be vaccinated under have a miscarriage okay so those are the things you need to be aware of there is a vaccination for things like foot and mouth foot and mouth kills cows here wow I know of a c that had over 60 and all of them died it is disastrous the cow turn fall off it is really and it's a viral disease how can he get to your farm the same way you've come yeah you come with without knowing I can be carrying you see my NE is too long and I use transort it yes when it's sweeping through the road carries the virus and come so it is very good to disinfect your farm to know how accessing and this is part of the management there's another disease that management and mostly it's the the mtis the mtis could be because of cleanliness the breed of the cow also affects and also the stage at which you stop if you the reason why me I'm not using machines I wonder why you've not asked that but mostly machines are the cost of is from the few Farmers I've heard talk about the machines it's a good investment because it's fast but at the end of the day you still have need an employee to come and finish up the milk because the machine is not able to to finish and if you leave the milk the car will get sick yeah also the management when you're cleaning your under before you milk that can spread the mes so all that where the cow is sleeping can cause mes so you need proper cleaning of your cook here we use mostly like dis we use it to clean the cook it's really it's a good uh disinfectant for the farm farm there others who use other companies but for me I prefer using that yeah another disease could be something like pneumonia milk fever milk fever kills very fast and milk f is mostly cost because of minerals you milk the cow so much you're not giving it the required minerals just B refuse to stand refuse it's unable to you know stand that's a loss pneumonia can be caused by climate change and also mostly by where you've constructed your structure because if it's under a big shade how will get sowhere see' left some spaces here for them to to get the sunlight yeah the sunlight is very important yeah amazing amazing now uh I love asking this question if uh because maybe there's someone watching us today who is thinking of starting a tomorrow um any other day and they don't have anything with themselves okay um how they start so I'm going to ask you this question if you woke up one morning okay and you found that all these Farms all the kle has been taken away and then your reputation has been taken away you're not able to connect connect connect get a get a cow get this this this you're not uh you're not you're not proximal to a Cooperative what would you do and you want to start a daily f what would you do to get to this exact point the fastest time possible yes we've talked about uh appreciating slow growth but then there's this guy who is like no no no for me to survive at least I must meet a certain threshold and produce milk this amount of milk for me to sustain myself so what would you do different what I will do different if I was to start a DA car with nothing nothing today you woke up nobody knows you I'll first find something because you can't start with nothing I'll first first find something start with and I will save up to buy a good c ah I might start with a c I may start with a haer depending on the savings that I have yeah I want people to know that the the culture of saving is important and people think saving 500 1,000 10,000 is real saving saving 50 Shilling is real saving ah with this time you as a youth you as a person somewhere stuck and you really want to do this find something that you're able to save some money yeah and start where you are able to start because once you've started something you're able to learn as you grow yeah okay and it gives you motivation a dream that you've already started working on is not as dream as it's not even so for me I would find something that will give me a bit of savings and when I say something even if it is in the value of Da there is a lot of things to do for example for me there are people who produce milk yeah and that milk comes back after quality control when it comes back doesn't mean that that milk is bad it just milk means that it's not per quality of processing standard yes for the standard maybe if it kept for long it will go bad they sell it at a throwaway price do you know this the can you see here is for 50 lit it might cost 2,000 for Quality milk but bad milk can cost up to 200 Shillings wow take that milk learn how to make cheese that milk is really good to make cheese if you're not making cheese extract butter from it you know make soaps with the the butter you gotten there's so much you can start doing wow wow soap is made from butter they are quality soaps you know you need uh a source of mafuta what did you call mafut oil oil yes you need a source of oil to to do soap if they selling is very expensive my friend if you can get this and it gives you at two lit at 3 lit of oil and mix up how much will you get from that yeah so just be innovative the DIYs doing cheese is very if you have milk and you have veg you have cheese and who doesn't eat cheese you see so you don't have to have a cow first so that you can enjoy from the dairy farm yeah there are people who are selling seeds for nepia grass you you found me chopping npass is a market go buy nepia grass cut them go get markets the people are looking for it okay so if I was to be stripped off everything but I still know there is cow I hope they're not stripping up my knowledge no no I will do that wow I will bring raw materials to this daily found I will create transport for them because there are people who don't have transport to take their milk to the market they want man to take somewhere there are people who are looking for man there are people who don't know where to take their man it's just a link get some money save get your yes amazing yeah that's truly amazing now you you have a consultancy uh business or hustle right
