Watching this like a love letter to the original rather than shitting on the reboot, I enjoyed the hell out of this video. The points he brings are all remarkably spot on. While I did enjoy the reboot, and absolutely hated the movie which lowered my expectations for the game plot a lot, I couldn't point out what didn't click for me as I never really stopped to look back what made me love the original so much. Now it all makes sense. I really want to play the original trilogy now. Thanks for sharing.
Tried sharing this on the PS4 subreddit, seems the salt is real.
The movie tie in really hurt this game, along with the TERRIBLE soundtrack. Man its so bad compared to the original music.
I'll be interested to see what he points out that I haven't discussed in-depth with people online or already thought about myself. Will watch later.
I watched this video in one sitting. It felt less like an hour and 22 minutes and more like 10 minutes. Time flies when youβre watching a good video.
The fact that this guy is the same kind of people who sh** on the R&C future games(which are great games), and then left to play whatever adult games they liked, they only returned after this game became the best selling R&C game in the series.
I agree with every single thing in this video. Ratchet & Clank for the PS4 was such a big disappointment.
The three first R&C games were easily the best R&C games of all time. I miss the days of classic Ratchet & Clank and Spyro. π
