good morning hot fats welcome back to my channel so I just woke up it is Monday morning and I am just making my bed really quick like I told you guys before I just like doing this because it makes me just feel better so I'm making my bed I have a pot of coffee brewing and I'm trying to connect to my internet on my computer and it's not working so that's good um whoops my fingers on there so today I am really trying to get back on track and you guys really helped me with that for me having to record so getting back on track today I did really well last week actually except for like this weekend but I didn't really go over my extra point or anything but like I told you before because I'm bloated and stuff I didn't lose any weight this morning it is just the same way that I've been forever so I really want to work hard this week to get in at least 4 workouts that includes walking can count as a workout or running or doing anything you know whatever and I just want to stay on my points this week and really try to you know get my mindset back on the diet and exercise because like I said I want to be a corn tan and Quarantine II after this quarantine so let's grab my coffee shall we or let's finish making my bed first [Music] [Music] you guys I'm feeling spicy today so there I'm about to make lunch just by the way but before I do so I wanted to tell you guys so on my post on Facebook I share I like allow people to share my post so that they can share them to other people or whatever and one of my posts my friend shared it and I don't know this person and when I clicked on their Facebook it's like they didn't even have a picture and my god I'm someone just like created an account to be like Patrol but they were like it was a boy's name and they were like yeah I'm so sick of the sound of you chewing and blah blah and I'm like what so I said why are you even watching this like why do you even watch then and he's like well my girlfriend watches it and I can hear you chewing from the other room and find you this was just a what I eat in a day video it wasn't even my recent video where I'm actually eating the whole time and I said well I do a channel where I make food and tell people about food and tell them if it tastes good so you know like I'm just spicy today and like I don't care it doesn't like affect me I just like laughs like you think I'm not gonna confront you I will like okay don't watch it I gotta watch it you know and then he was gonna respond and then I just blocked him so if that's your boyfriend one of you you need a new one because what a troll who does that it will even says something about that if they're not even the person who really watches your channel like if one of you guys said something like hey I don't really like that you eat or you know stuff like that like I think okay like you know if enough of you don't really enjoy that like let me know I'm totally cool with changing that but when you're someone who doesn't even really watch it and someone else is watching it and you overhear it sometimes but I said tell you guys that I was being spicy today and I was like okay anyways I'm making lunch now I'm going to make like the KFC bowl for lunch because I'm really hungry I'm going to use some of these Idaho and potato mashed potatoes some chicken in the airfryer and I'm gonna make them into like chicken nuggets with this shake and bake it's the original and I forget I think 1/8 of the package of one of these packages is only one point I'll have to repeat that it's been a while and then I'm gonna put some cheese on the top and of course I forget if I have the gravy still but if not it's still good without the gravy okay so I don't have to gravy anymore but that's okay I don't need it so I'm just gonna do that and put some salt and pepper on it and eat that for lunch I'll show you while I make it okay so first I'm gonna weigh out half a cup of these potatoes is two points so I'm gonna weigh that out so 1/2 a cup that's 1/3 of a cup dry so 22 grams and equals 1/2 a cup prepared okay so this is on grams and we're just gonna put this in until it turns to 22 1922 okay and I just add water just because with the chicken the cheese and sometimes I feel a little ketchup on it or like the gravy usually I don't need anything and I don't like to add more points to it so I'm just gonna add some water and then I'll put it in the microwave for a little bit see how it is so 1/8 of this packet is 8 grams so what I do is the same thing and I put this on here [Music] I pour it until it's at eight grams whoo okay so that's eight grand so this is what we'll dip our chicken into and I think I'm gonna do about two tenders I just cut them up okay and then all I do is just plop them in here and cover them up and put them in my airfryer you can use egg white too but I realized I don't really need it because the chickens already kind of damp on its own okay so we're all done with that I saw them a little bit left over but that's okay and I'm just going to take and I'm just gonna take this put in the airfryer I'm just putting it in for about like five minutes and see how it looks as I clean up everything else okay so our potatoes came out of the microwave and then I'm just gonna put half of the can of corn on top and then just put it back in the microwave for a little bit now that this is out I mixed it up a little and then I'm just gonna spray a little bit of this zero-point spray butter on it he's just you know give it some butter yeah and I put some salt and pepper on it too already so I'm just gonna mix this little bad boy up okay here the chicken so normally I'd put that homestyle gravy on here but since we don't have it I'm not going to I'm then gonna put 1/4 of a cup that's 2 points of cheese which is 28 grams on top so it zeroed out 8 grams is actually a decent amount so that's 26 grams 27 28 so this is a six point lunch I'm also probably gonna put a little bit of ketchup on it if I put a lot then I'll count it but if not I won't but yeah looks delish okay let's try it this one's for you troll his name was Michael I think mmm let's go without the gravy mix it all together me a little more salt a little more pepper but usually yeah I put that gravy on here and it's like a KFC bowl but only six points which I guess for green you would have to add the chicken and the corn so six seven eight point nine or ten points maybe for the green but money money money never gets old I have another box of potatoes too right I gotta go back to work guys I know it sucks I'm just kidding I'm so grateful for my job so jinx don't want to jinx it knock on wood but I'm gonna eat this up and then I'll be back for my snack or for my dessert or for my dinner and then dessert and a snack I don't know I don't know guys also I'm wearing this is for my phablet phone box it's so cozy and comfy okay workday is finally over and Oliver is ready for me to be out of the beat the bedroom because this is where he'd read and he's very very mad you know you're so hungry but you're also just so lazy [Music] and someone can make me dinner or what can I some feeling like spaghetti because I'm hungry and I want marinara sauce I'm feeling it my cat is like going to sleep again he just look at me like he's so cute alright I'll stop procrastinating also guys I smell let you know I've learned stickers - tik-tok dances so I'm like basically a professional I'm just saying ok so for dinner I'm going to do two cups of the carbonara noodles which is four points I'm doing three meatballs for four points because two meatballs was three points I was like screw it I'll do three so four plus four is eight I'm doing one piece of this soft wheat bread it's 45 calorie bread and that's one point 1/2 a tablespoon of the I can't believe it's not butter which is a point and then 1/2 a cup of the prego lower calorie traditional marinara sauce which is two points so eight nine ten eleven twelve it'll be a 12 point dinner which obviously you can cut down by doing less meatballs or not your bread with butter but since I have the points I said I'm doing it and also have five points left for dessert or for a snack or for both so that's what I'm having as you can see I went a little sauce crazy my pizza sauce another marinara ooh barbecue sauce I'm gonna make a barbecue pizza soon and more of the traditional like too much pasta am i right no you can never have too much pasta okay so I'm getting out my scale I want to do two cups which one-and-a-half cups is 56 grams so half of 56 is 24 and then you add that to 56 so it's 84 grams 50 60 70 s and 6/8 9/8 e yeah I think it's 84 grams math right anyway 84 grams up 37 75 80 like this is actually a long tongue 84 her stirring that over here then I'm gonna go ahead and get my bread buttered oh no also huge hole so this one tablespoon is 14 grams so 7 grams would be half a tablespoon so like I was saying before instead of having my bread down here and putting this on little by little I'll put my butter down here turn this on and let it become negative 7 grams so I just keep taking out until it says 7 negative 7 and I know I'm gonna using 7 grams of butter so that's negative 6 negative 7 and then I just go ahead and put that on so that's what I meant the last time I tried to say that I really failed so if it's something like this I just take out of it and just look for negative numbers instead of the positive numbers so 7 grams negative 7 grams the same thing and they'll be my little pub I'm just gonna put 3 meatballs into the airfryer okay the noodles seem done I'm going to strain them this is not the right one for this love to find their hate top here I like to get every last noodle okay and then I'm using half a cup of marinara which I could have waited out on the scale but it's in milliliters on here and I didn't want to do the math so I'm just using my half cup down there my meatballs look done so I'm gonna mix this up my noodles will make the marinara nice and warm so I don't worry about that put my little they're the cutest looking dish but it'll do I put a little parsley on it to make it look cuter but all right we're gonna try it I'm gonna try it with this meatball I've never had their meatballs before and it's a turkey meatball let's see if it's good mmm that's really good these turkey meatballs are really good I don't like Turkey um ground beef very much at all like I usually don't use it I always just use regular beef I just prefer a regular these meatballs are really seasoned well and they're really good you guys should go get someone you can okay know about you got Turkey member meat the balls up the meat the balls up all right I'm gonna go eat this I'll probably have some of the meatballs because I'm a pushover and then we'll be back houston we have a problem I bought graham crackers right I'm a just feeding crumbs right now I'm not counting them so I bought graham crackers I didn't have room and my shelf so I remember I took them out of the package and just kept the little mini packages to stack them but now I don't know how many points they are cuz I don't remember the brand it wasn't honey made so I'm just pretending I put in graham cracker and it said for two sheets it's two points so I'm gonna do four sheets of graham crackers like I'll break them in half I'm going to use plain nonfat Greek yogurt I'm gonna use less than 1/8 of this container of sugar-free fat-free cheese cake artificial sweetener and pour that into my Greek yogurt and then I'm gonna eat 20 Lilly's chocolate chips which is only one point when you go to 21 becomes 2 points tips and trick I look like such a mom right now right ooh I am a mom to Oliver but anyways I'll show you so I'm just gonna make like this as like a dip so I'm not gonna take a ton of this cuz I don't need a ton for only this amount this amount of graham crackers um so I'm just gonna do probably about that much maybe just a little more and then I'm just gonna put a little bit of this in there mixer up then count out 20 chocolate chips 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 mix that up and then break all of these oh no they never break right Jake but I'm going to dip this in YUM I love it I will say I don't like this kind as much as I like other kind but so remember the cone Olli I made same inside just dipping graham crackers mm-hmm so it's four points for four graham crackers these specific ones are let us guess that it was the right one zero points for less than 1/8 of this sugar-free fat-free cheese cake flavor II and then 20 chips for one point so this dessert altogether is five point i love graham crackers i love dipping things dip dip
