I'll admit, I knew it was more complicated than just "spinner makes machine go up". But I didn't imagine the depth of the physics involved. Helicopter pilots just gained the respect I didn't know they needed.

Can confirm, I fly on helicopters for work and there is a lot of black magic fuckery going on to make it work.
